Worst costumer service in Canada

Worst costumer service and shipping in Canada. Order by phone they cancelled it 2 times thinking it was fraud. Third order online finally arrived and when opening box it was dammaged. They packed DAMAGED! Dont do business with them

I love all the toys there they all are…

I love all the toys there they all are great Quality,they last a long time and my children love them that’s are also very classy.the only issue I have is that they are closing a lot of the stores down so I can’t buy as much stuff as I used to.

knowledgeable and friendly staff

I purchased 2 bikes and a Nintendo switch at Toys r us on West Broadway Vancouver. I had an excellent service from Bernardo who helped my kids trying the bikes and recommending the best ones for their size. Also, he knew everything about Nintendo and the games and suggested the most fun and suitable for my kids. Bernardo was helpful, friendly, and patient with us, and I highly recommend his services at Toys r us. We had a great experience at the store!

Untrustful Store with worst custom services in Australia.

I purchased some of the lego from this shop( skyline London, Tokyo, new york, & empire building(which I did not receive)). The one I am so disappointed that is the empire-building I purchase from eBay). After two weeks, they did not mention anything until I sent them an email can you provide a shipping code. The customer services said sorry we cannot ship this item cos it is under bad condition. If you sent an email to me within a week, I totally understand that. However, they did not do anything until I ask for the shipping code. After that, I send an email said I still want this product can you manage to send one to me. They reply if you can accept that in an extremely bad condition we can send it to you, and if not you only can accept the refund which takes me a month(including purchasing the product, waiting for the product, and sending email). To be honest, anyone will buy a product in an extremely bad condition? After a month, I saw this product is back in stock. If you manage to get the product within a month, I can wait for that. I contact the customer services again, the way they reply to you is really disrespectful. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY TOYS FROM YOUR SHOP AGAIN. BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Do not buy anything online from Toys-R-Us Malaysia

Two orders, two weeks later and neither has shipped - despite both saying they were in stock on the website when I paid.

I have not received a to reply to any of the emails I sent, nor to messages on the 'contact us' form on the website.

They don't answer the phone and their voicemail says the mailbox is full.

Worst service ever :(

I wished I read the reviews before ordering! Brutal service!

So, I wanted to order a couple of toys for my daughter, but on the website I could only have it shipped. I wanted to pick up at a store.
I thought that I placed the order to pick up, but it was shipped. so, I phoned customer service. I spoke to a guy that told me that he could cancel the order shipped, and my credit card would not be charged, I also wanted to apply a gift card to the amount.
He was able to place the order for me to pick up at a store. 3 days later, I'm charged 2 times, and I get a notice that the order has been shipped and the gift card amount was NOT put towards the items!!!!

I phoned again, and waited for 45 minutes to talk to someone! Spoke to another customer service agent, who told me that the order was shipped, that I could just refuse it at the door when it arrives. I said, what if I'm not at home? She said, then I could take it to Canada post and return it. She said she was going to send me an email with a return number...Still waiting for that!! So, I guess that means, I will have to phone back if the items come for a return #, if I'm not home and have to take the damned things to Canada post. Very frustrated!!!

Worst System

Worst System, Did online order for curbside lickup of $700 nd waiting forvever to get email from store to pick but noooo they said their system haven’t gotten the order they were not able to find it with the tracking number was told to wait till tomorrow

Thank you Tiana at BabiesRUs in the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket Ontario.
I had excellent service from Tiana when I phoned in a previous order and so I requested her assistance again today with another order and again she was an incredible help finding the items I wanted and making suggestions of items that she felt I would like. I highly recommend Tiana to help anyone who needs phone assistance with their order. She was so friendly and patient as she searched the store to find just the perfect gifts. Thank you again Tiana ♥️

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM…

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM !!!!!!!!I ordered 2 giant smasher Dino eggs,same time and paid for it !
First problem was I got charged for 3 item alright I email them 2 weeks later got an answer that saying only charge for 2 . Alright by then I received 1 of the 2 eggs. So I emailed them again about the second egg where abouts so far no answer but received a 29.99$ from toy's r us not sure if this for the second egg or the 3rd which technically I never got charged. I have a twin boys and they love those eggs. Now I can't give it to them because there is only one and no response whatsoever

Don't buy anything from toys r us online wait till can reopen ... only loosing money and getting stressed for nothing just because they terrible at online selling.

Terrible online experience

Terrible online experience. Computer generated email responses to enquires regarding my order. They don’t answer the phone. Waited 3 weeks and it still hadn’t been shipped even though the website still states if I purchase that I will arrive in 2-3 days. Had to contact Afterpay to contact toys r us regarding a refund then toys r us sent me an email saying they would refund but it will take 5 days and if I contact them asking where it is it will make it take longer. Don’t buy from them it’s a total scam.

((((Toys r us online ordering picking up
at store through the covid-19 is scamming ppl .)))) I ordered $700 in stuff I picked it up. They didnt have items that on the website said it was available. I already paid online. So they said three items that they didnt have would be credited back to me within 7-10 days. That was fine. But really I shouldn't have been charged for somthing they didnt have. Anyways a couple days went by I checked my account to see if they returned my money. Low and behold.. INSTEAD of crediting my account they took $563 There was only 200 left in my account so it put my 200 on hold aswell as the remainder amount of the 563 Now money is set to go in my account. They will take it cause the bank said there is nothing they can do through them. They said I have to contact toys r us to get them to stop the money from coming out. So I called them only to be told it's my bank BMO and they stopped doing business with them cause of that reason. That is a lie my bank gave me proof. So right now I'm sitting on hold for two hours trying to speak to someone again. Hopefully to resolve this and get the money they are trying to steal from me and the money they owe me for the three items. but as it seems it looks like toys r us is robbing ppl. And blaming the bank. Don't order from toys r us.

Curb service is lacking service

During the covid-19 nonsense, Toys "R" Us switched to online orders only. That's OK. What is not OK is not being properly prepared to deliver the service. I ordered one, in stock, item from the MacLeod Calgary store. I live in a small town outside of Calgary and it's about a half hour drive to the store.
I showed up at the store about an hour and a half later only to be told that the single item would not be ready until later in the afternoon or early the next day. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told that the staff was "swamped". Uh - simple solution. Bring back some of the staff that has been laid off because of covid-19.
I said that I wanted to cancel the order. Guess what - they couldn't cancel it at the store. Unbelievable! I was told that I could cancel it online. This proved to be false. As I write this, I'm 60 minutes into a 90 minute wait time on their toll-free line. Thank goodness for the speaker phone. Hope I don't drop it in the tub when it is time to answer...

Ordered online for the first time

Ordered online for the first time. Paid over $14 for 3-5 day shipping. When i looked at the email it said 5-7 days. I decided to cancel and read no shipping for another 3 weeks due to Covid-19. Customers need to be informed of this at the checkout and we should not be sent invoices with incorrect information. Still waiting on hold to cancel my order
