Pre-ordered in Dec for February Ship as detailed. Emailed seller in March for update. They sent me a BS email about how covid 19 and inflation messing up their delay for product. And the only update they have was another preorder of the same product for July now. How can they start selling preorders for July when the 1st release wave of customers orders was not fulfilled yet. Scams. Do not buy. You've been warned.

I bought Mike trout variant limited to 200. Toywiz said its out of stock. They refunded me. 3 days later package arrived with the rare Trout figure. Toy wiz proceeded to ban me from their store. They are a complete joke and very expensive on top of it.

I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.

You are horrible. I ordered a Christmas present, it never came and you refused to respond to my inquiries. My grandson was devastate to not get his Christmas wish.

I ordered a funko collectible from this store and I know it isn't their fault but they should make it right. The Ja Morant I ordered was messed up and crooked in the box and the lettering on his jersey was messed up, which was the manufacturer's fault. When I messaged customer service they tried to make it right but said ALL of them was messed up so I don't know how true that is. Anyways I chose to keep it after all it was only $20 but still that $20 could have bought one elsewhere that wasn't messed up. Don't know how to feel about my experience with them but I was disappointed when I opened the box..

The product came quickly and packaged safely. No hassle.

They sent me the wrong items. I contacted their customer service and didn't hear back so after a couple of days I opened a PayPal claim and finally got a response from someone. I had to pay to ship my items back and then when I did they refused to refund me. Bad business buyer beware

Very pleased with the RoboCop Ultimate action figure. It was packaged very well and arrived fast.

Exactly the toy we were looking for in Roblox series. Other stores didn't have the figure we were looking for. Toy Wiz did. Shipment was timely and packaged well.

First of all I ordered a different card you guys sent me the wrong card. Pokemon Lugia promo and you sent me the rooster one that is unacceptable I would like to get what I ordered because I feel like you guys did the bait and switch could I please get an answer and get what I paid for thank you

I think the attention is very good and that it arrived quickly but my son is crying and is angry because it was not what he wanted, I mean, he says that it was done but he saw it the same but with something else inside and says that it was not and I don't know if I can make a refund or something because the truth was not what he wanted

While I appreciate the fast delivery, in my order I purchased 30 individual booster packs of silver tempest. I also purchased an ETB and a booster box which were placed in the same box as the booster packs. The packs were just thrown in the box and not protected. During shipping, multiple packs were damaged due to how they were packaged. I hate having to throw money away!
