Feeling disrespected...
Longtime fan of Tractor Bob's!
I purchased a new tractor along with many implements. I have used the parts department and service and all were excellent. So why did I change my 5 stars to 2 stars?
After a pleasant call and working out a deal on the phone, I loaded up my trailer to pick up my purchase. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site.
In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back.
I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer.....

Awesome Yanmar dealer. Carries Husqvarna too. Just used the service department. Just as awesome as Sales and Parts.
