Absolute terrible. No help whatsoever with simple questions afterwards. Not as much as an answer on e-mail.

I have purchased 2 wiring looms from this company online I have only good things to share about this company . I had a hassle free online transaction online and the looms arrived within a week. The looms are of exceptional high quality and easy to install

Had a few small issues on my own behalf and called tractor electrics ltd who I bought the component off and we had the problem sorted out within 2 minutes of talking

Would give zero stars if possible. My son ordered wiring loom over 6months ago. Contacted multiple times since, each time told it would be delivered the following week. Still nothing.
This is a scam business. Cannot contact them over the past 3 months at all, voicemail apparently full and no response to emails.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS. Absolute disgrace taking people's money and in my case my tee age sons hard earned cash and then not responding.

I ordered a Ford tractor wiring harness over a year ago, finally got in contact in December last year and was told that it would be sent out after the Christmas period, the loom still hasn’t arrived and I’ve been ignored since, I’m also £120 pound down with no refund offer.

Ordered a starter motor in September using the online shop. Nothing arrived. No reply from the two email addresses I could find and the phone number didn’t work. I managed to get my money back through the bank. I assume the business is no longer trading but their online shop is still running. Very dodgy.

Ordered a loom for a Ford over 6 months ago, still hasn’t arrived and emails are ignored.

A month waiting for a wiring loom for david brown after paying for quick delivery ( £18 ) would not use again just a warning to anyone thinking of buying anything

Purchased a loom 10th June, emails and calls since ignored. Used amex so thankfully applied a charge back today 28th July. Avoid.

Tractor Electrics is the website for the auto-electrical company of Brewster Electronic & Electric Ltd. Instead of just trying to get you to buy new products, they'll actually attempt to repair your harness/alternator/starter for a much better deal.

If you're tractor went up in flames, contact them and depending on how badly damaged the harness/loom they'll attempt to repair it, and save you having to buy a whole one for new. They'll take your old burnt harness, take apart the conduit and sleeving and assess each individual wire. And tell you over phone/in person whether it's possible to repair it, and most importantly whether it's worth the repair.

I've seen some terribly burnt harnesses given in, and they were able to repair them. Those of which were too burnt to repair, they actually reverse engineered the old harness, and make a new one from scratch.

If you've seen how expensive it can be to buy a new harness you can understand how heartbroken you'd be if yours burnt.

Also the prices are incredibly competitive, you'd struggle to find high quality harnesses even running close to their prices, they are all made in house instead of being imported from overseas and it shows in the quality of the product.
