Wicks give 10% off to all trade without having to earn it. over the course of a year I spend hundreds but not all 12 months of the year so by the time my discount kicks in it gets wasted. Wicks is a more consistent discounter to trade.

Straight forward.

The trade card is not worth having you got to spend to much to get any discounts with wickes you get 10%on every perches even on sale price

I have a trade account with B&Q/TradePoint and my normal branch is Southend.
I try to use click and collect where possible.
Staff are always helpful.
Good choice and reasonable prices - good end of isle bargains and promotions.
Only frustration is refunds, especially when you have an electronic receipt. Not the staff's fault, it looks like a very clunky, click, click process to discourage refunds.

As part of the recent changes, customers in Scotland are receiving less discount than customers in England, Poor show, and one that will make me look elsewhere from now on.

Easy smooth purchase, kept in the loop about the delivery. The suite is lovely and high back (very important). Looks great in the conservatory

I have been waiting over a month now for the correct cushion to be sent. Apparently my complaint keeps getting escalated but I honestly don’t know who to! The set itself is brilliant they just sent out a wrong sized cushion and I don’t think I’ll get a replacement until after summer time 😞

Tradeppint is great. It means that I can buy quality goods.

Delivery did not turn. Received a text to say they will be 20 minutes. Tried to call the delivery driver twice with no answer. Called yourselves who then told me they had attempted delivery but nobody was in. I've spent nearly 2k on kitchen units and the delivery driver could not be arsed to call me. Obviously went to the wrong address. Disgusting customer service. It's ok for them to take your money but they can't be arsed to call you when they turn up. Probably couldn't be arsed to offload 40 items. Well a big complaint is going in.

The items i wanted were in stock so i didnt have to wait for them

Pallet of 350 bricks arrived partly tipped over only the green bands keeped it secured , so on cutting one band the whole pallet fell all over the place narrowly missing my car and me I have pictures of the pallet if you wish to view them

Every time miserably slow service . Lazy staff there and awful far from professional attitude . Disgusting behaviour and arrogance. Could be a lack of sufficient training or bad management

Had a trade card for almost 20 years. I don't think I've had a discount in all that time. I don't bother with it now if im asked at the checkout. Ended up ripping it up.

Part of order was delivered quickly.
The remaining 15 items which were Duratile Pavors took almost 4 weeks to be delivered thereby holding up the job by several weeks.
They were despatched to another courier who seemed unaware or bothered and was happy to leave them sitting in a depot.
This is clearly a disappointing experience and shows a breakdown in logistics.
This needs to be addressed.

Appalling
Placed an order that was given a 1 week delivery time, this came and went with no delivery. Received an email saying the item has been returned to the store and a refund processed.
Contacted customer Service that explained that the item was un-delivered and will be re-shipped, and it hasn't been refunded and will be delivered in another weeks time.
Very poor Service

I’ve been using Tweedbank Store since I moved here. Yesterday I had to take back and change some plywood Colin on the desk couldn’t have been more helpful got my refund almost instantly. It was the first time I have used the sheet cutting service what a revaluation everything was cut square and so clean a cut. I have two sheets cut with 14 various sizes and it took less than 20 minutes which would have taken me several hours and with the saws I have the job would not have been as professional. Can’t praise the whole team enough. unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the person who actually operated the saw but he was also so very helpful.

²I have been a tradepoint customer for some time now and had a 5% discount on my account. The staff at the store I go to are quite helpful and when shopping one day I noticed that my 5% discount had not been taken off my total spend. I asked the staff about this and they were helpful, but could not solve the issue, but told me my account had been closed and that I should contact customer services, which I did. I told customer services that my account had been closed. They told me that they did not know when, why or by whom my account had been closed, so I should open another account, which I duly did. On this new account I saw that I had lost my 5% discount.....back to customer services, who told me that because I opened new account they could not transfer my 5% discount...well what a complete shambles from so called customer services and my loyalty to tradepoint counts for nothing.
