trolls customers. Doesn't know how dhl works. Pretends to need a 5 digit "post code" when in reality they needed a german dhl card with a customer number on it. 10 digit on it. I posted a review and they (i assume) flagged it to be taken down.

They attempted to send an item several times over the course of a month and failed. Refused to give me a manager until I persisted.

edit: I've received an e-mail from trust pilot

"trade-shop-online has flagged your review for containing defamatory content."

and then another e-mail from trust pilot

"The decision
Good news — we’ve assessed the content flagged by the business, and determined that it’s not defamatory. Therefore, we’ve put your review back online."

So what exactly is "defamatory" about my review? Did I lie about something? Or is this just an attempt to take down a negative review? Let's see if the business responds...

Got a defective battery.
After explaining what was wrong, a replacement was sent. It works as it should.

Ordered a new battery for my approx 10 year old Bosch IXO Battery Screwdriver 23rd of May, arrived this morning. Came with contacts for soldering to excisting wires. 1/2 hour later job done. Excellent service, can only recommend

Ordered battery for my Asus laptop G53sw. I have tried multiple batteries for amazon, ebay, all of them were crap. This one is great, solid for 3 hours. More than happy with quality and service.
