From ordering to delivery I found the company very helpful and efficient. There was a slight hiccup with wrong labelling but Tyler dealt with it with it immediately and I am very happy with the service and quality of the king size and 2 single mattresses.

THEY ARE SELLING HORRIBLE JUNK, NOT FURNITURE

I purchased bedroom furniture via Tesco Marketplace and it was via this company the furniture was supplied. We built the first bedside table, the drawers won't slide into the carcass at all. After liaising with the company, they were less than helpful. I decided to return all items as I didn't trust them after the disaster with the first. After many emails and phone calls, they agreed to collect the items, but, I have to pay for the unopened boxes, as I can't prove they are faulty (£45). They will collect the damaged one for free lol. I have to dismantle and rebox the damaged one, print labels and wait until Tuesday for a collection. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen

Alex and his team have done an amazing job of organising a very tricky refub project with very tight turnaround times.
Excellent communication was key, fair prices, decent quality furniture and personal delivery service made this rather stressful project manageable. So grateful I was recommended to Trade Beds Direct Direct and they will definitely be my go to for all future refurbs and furniture replacements. Happy customer!

A great understanding of our needs and finding a great solution. We have a Self Catering house and it was important for our guests to be comfortable and push beds together if they wanted to 'snuggle up' without a void between mattresses. Tyler was great in finding a solution and for storage. The delivery boys were fabulous.
We have gone on to be given the Gold Award by Visit England, and the number of comments from guests mentioning the beds and how much of a comfortable and luxurious sleep they had was certainly 90% of the feedback. Perfect service. We needed a particular mattress urgently and they had it in stock and were able to deliver, install and remove old mattress on the same day. Courteous and professional service at competitive rates.
