They says the car was all checked ,but it wasn’t!

My Audi A5 have issues,all body vibration! While driving on motorway
Old Tyres ( 4years old cracking) but nice look shining
Breake pads rear nearly 100% used

After sale service does no Exist!

Very friendly staff, very helpful and explained everything well, Mo sorted out my finance and I liked the fact he asked several times if I had any questions I needed to ask . There was a long wait time , but when I enquired, staff were very helpful, I would recommend to friends .

Jordan was excellent, very helpful, fast, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy!

Had to wait for around an hour when I had an appointment scheduled already. Was told by a number of staff members that they would send someone over but no one showed until an hour later. Once they did, helpful staff and managed to sort everything else out.

The staff was friendly and answered all questions to the best they could. Timing was quick to be sorted from the moment you walk in the door.

I want to thank your team for making my car‑buying experience truly enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. I felt well‑informed and confident in my decision thanks to your guidance. I’m very happy with my new car and grateful for the excellent service.

I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling service and sub-standard vehicles sold by Trade Centre. I purchased a car in March, and I regret it immensely.

The car I received was clearly not fit for purpose. Within 48 hours of ownership, it became obvious that the vehicle had hidden issues, including evidence of previous crash damage that had been poorly repaired.

Despite bringing these major faults to their attention immediately, they have made the entire process a nightmare:

Refusal to Accept Rejection: Even though I attempted to reject the vehicle well within the appropriate timeframe (less than 48 hours after purchase), they have consistently refused to accept the return or provide a refund.

Pathetic Aftercare: They have dragged this situation out for months. It is now July—four months since I bought the car—and I am still dealing with the consequences of their poor business practices.

Poor Communication: Getting them to acknowledge the severity of the repairs or move towards a resolution has been an exhausting battle.

Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. Buying a car from here has been an expensive, stressful, and ongoing headache. If you value your money and your peace of mind, avoid Trade Centre entirely.
