Everyone is helpful and friendly but the wait times are not to be desired. The process to look and sign up for the car took 3 hours and then another 40 minutes for collection.

MO and Ben provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Both were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and making everything straightforward and stress free. I really appreciated their honesty, patience, and helpful attitude. A great experience from start to finish, highly recommended!

I cannot fault the sales and finance team who were really nice, but I was in the showroom for 4 hours completing paperwork . I'm sorry to say, I was told throughout the wait that the car I had bought was being valeted but when it was ready to drive home, it was dirty inside and out. I was also told that the air conditioning did not work as it needed more gas , that I had to return for this and to pick up car mats and the final blow was there was only one ignition key which was a spare so not one that opened the doors with a button. I wasn't told any of this prior to buying the car. As I had been there so long and the showroom was due to close , I just drove the car home very disappointed.

All staff were very helpful and each part of the process was explained clearly.

They says the car was all checked ,but it wasn’t!

My Audi A5 have issues,all body vibration! While driving on motorway
Old Tyres ( 4years old cracking) but nice look shining
Breake pads rear nearly 100% used

After sale service does no Exist!

Very friendly staff, very helpful and explained everything well, Mo sorted out my finance and I liked the fact he asked several times if I had any questions I needed to ask . There was a long wait time , but when I enquired, staff were very helpful, I would recommend to friends .

Jordan was excellent, very helpful, fast, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy!

Had to wait for around an hour when I had an appointment scheduled already. Was told by a number of staff members that they would send someone over but no one showed until an hour later. Once they did, helpful staff and managed to sort everything else out.

The staff was friendly and answered all questions to the best they could. Timing was quick to be sorted from the moment you walk in the door.

I want to thank your team for making my car‑buying experience truly enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. I felt well‑informed and confident in my decision thanks to your guidance. I’m very happy with my new car and grateful for the excellent service.

It was a lovely experience today as I was served by Farah and her team. She is so professional and had a great customer service experience. She helped us a lot in finding us our dream car.

Great experience today at Coventry Trade Centre UK. Callum and Mohammed helped me to choose my car, they gave me all the information I needed and answered many questions.
