Every product under the sun and always fast delivery. Only downside is that the company is a mile from my house and it's online only now!!!

Super quick delivery, probably about 16 hours from ordering.

I ordered some stainless steel screws and washers from Tradefixdirect. Everything arrived promptly and was well packaged. Good stuff.

Ordered a4 quality nails last year (3 0ne kilogram bags). Delivered quickly but at an extra cost of £12 (Scottish Island)

Couple of days ago I again ordered these nails (A4 +A2 4x 1kg). This time with £20 extra charge for Scottish Islands....

In both cases the goods we well packaged and arrived in just a few days. In both cases they explained the extra delivery charge before ordering.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I've had 2 excellent experiences.

Can only say as i find Had great service from TradefixDirect . Got what I ordered at a good price very quickly.

This company is horrendous! I placed an order with them in November, The filter didn’t fit my Dyson, they have a return policy whereby you have to contact them by email and they’ll send you a returns label. I contacted them the same day. I received The item, I heard nothing back. I sent five more emails after that and still heard nothing back. I then found a number online which wasn’t taking calls at that point, so I tried calling him back with the following week after sending a further email and I got diverted to a mobile, I ended up leaving a voice message saying I’m going to write a review and how their customer service is terrible and within two minutes of me sending that message I got a returns label by email 😕 unfortunately you have to pay to send back the parcel. They recommend you do it through parcels to go so I returned my item paid for a service so that I know it would be delivered. I sent it on the Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. I had a picture of the delivery and a notification waited a couple of days didn’t hear anything so I emailed them. I then got a reply asking for my order number which I sent back within a couple of hours. I heard nothing back the following day. I sent another email now they asked me for my tracking number. I send it back and still nothing so the following day I send another email and another email and all till now I have no item and no refund. This is the worst company I’ve ever come across. Do not order from them especially if you think you might have to return it because that’s impossible. I’ve now paid an extra £5 on top of and I am I don’t even have. I’ve now had to go through one of my banks to try and get my money back. I ordered this item on the 22nd of November. That’s how long this process has been going on. I’ve kept every email all the tracking details which I even sent to them with the pictures that were sent to me to show that it was delivered to them, but it seems that they just don’t want to refund you.

I always check on Trust Pilot before ordering from new websites. There is a mix of reviews of this website but after struggling to find what I needed elsewhere for a cheaper price I thought I would give them ago!
Ordered Fischer resin studs and capsules which were by far the cheapest from Tradefix than any other website I found. I received order confirmation straight away. Just through there standard shipping the order was despatched the same day with tracking through FedEx and received well packaged the next day!
After having no issues with my order I'm shocked most of the reviews on here are negative but I guess people love to complain haha!
Will definitely keep an open mind to ordering from them again!

Can of wood preserver turned up badly bashed up and dented. Wouldn't stand up.

Response from a Director was that "delivery drivers in their attempt to deliver consignments quickly (because we all want everything next day) more than likely just sling the parcels without any regard for what is in them."
Yes that is true, the delivery driver Tradefix contracted! Requested compensation or a voucher but had no response. Too much hassle to return it, just won't use them again.

I see this company has had a bit of a bashing on here, glad I didn't read reviews as it would have put me off from ordering. I bought 2 packs of Atlas concrete screws which arrived quickly and the price was lower than anywhere else that I could find.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I ordered some goods I urgently needed on a Thursday before 2pm, paid £17.99 for a courier delivery next day before midday and still the following Monday morning we hadn't received the package. Work had already commenced on Saturday, this impacted us. I chased all week long for a refund and still 6 working days later I have not received my refund!

Please be careful with this company, on the website pictures they upload tools that are twice more expensive than the ones that they send when you order, and afterwards they ignore your emails.

I ordered from Tradefixdirect on Wednesday afternoon and got my order before lunch on Friday. That's great service considering it was only standard delivery (£5)!

Easy to order from the website, and pretty speedy delivery.
Which for the weight of the product would normally have been snails pace delivery or a very expensive on

Bought some Nexus Brush In Paving Grout from Tradefix Direct. I didnt come use the final tub until nearly 2 years after purchase - it was completely solid, clearly a fault with the foil packaging. Tradefix Direct refused to replace it despite me providing photos. I wont be using them again

I ordered some hinges at 3.45pm ...no fuss ordering.....easy to chat to staff, would normally have used the website but just wanted to check cut off times etc. so ordered on the phone and they arrived before nine the next morning... You just can't ask for better. 11/10 guys, Brilliant !!!!

Ordered joist hangers but not enough in stock to meet my needs. Hannah advised more stock in next week and would ensure order was delivered when promised as the delivery date was time critical. Price very good compared to other on line sellers and free postage. I received an email confirming the order, another email with the invoice attached than another email from Hannah to say their delivery from the manufacturer was ahead of time and my delivery would now be made within the next two days. Delivery arrived this morning by FedEx, well packaged and exactly what I wanted. Great communication from Tradefix Direct and great prices on a branded product. Will use again when the need arises and would recommend.

Placed an order for some screws that I needed urgently. They claim that 90% of orders are delivered next day. They also say that orders placed before 4PM cut-off are shipped same day. The screws were in stock (they say they will inform if out of stock - they didn't)

I placed my order at 9:30AM on a Thursday and they had one job to do - pick, pack and ship. They didn't. I didn't receive shipping confirmation until late the next day (Friday) - so why advertise '90% next day' if you can't even manage to ship next day like you claim?

Poor service. Misleading website. Won't be getting any more orders from me

Ordered on Sunday and they arrived quickly on Tuesday with Free Delivery. Reviewing on behalf on my husband.

Exactly what I was after, they were considerably cheaper than Toolstation and Screwfix where he normally buys them. As he wasn't desperate just to click and collect.

Great service, will use again.

Cheapest prices I could find anywhere. Delivered next day, first thing in the morning via FedEx. Excellent service. Would happily recommend based on this experience.
