He helped with what I needed in a very professional manner. I couldn’t find my order number to verify myself, but the trademark name got me in the door and he then gave me my order number. I’m glad that there are such strict safeguards in place. And I never thought that he was disrespectful, instead polite as I tried to figure out how to identify myself. The issues I am having with USPTS is very concerning. The site does not work well at all and no one answers the phone.
Grachel has promised to help and says it will take a week to do so. We'll see.

386854. I would not recommend this to anyone that doesn't have some knowledge, or at least done it before. No one can answer questions. Without you spending even more money for an attorney consultation. If I was to do it again. I would just get an actual attorney and have the piece of mind to be able to ask questions.
Then when you give the go ahead with a signature. You get a message about the huge amount of spam you are about to receive. Save the aggravation

Our Standard and Deluxe packages both include consultation time, and we also offer the option to add a consultation to the Basic package at checkout for customers who would like more direct guidance.
Regarding the messages about solicitations — once an application is filed with the USPTO, the information becomes part of the public record. Unfortunately, this can result in third-party solicitations that are outside of our control. We do offer a privacy subscription designed to help reduce exposure, though it cannot fully eliminate all outreach.

Hidden pricing through the process
This entire process is a big scam, first they offer $50 fee while you go through the flow the price goes up to $500. I submitted by application and they sent me notification after a few days to choose one of two options, either of them was min $300. Trademark search I believe was$150 you can search it for free on different websites. I recommend going directly to secretary of state website and filling yourself it costs $50 total. You just upload your logo, and copy paste description of logo from chatgpt, then you uploaded 3 places where you use your logo. Like website, business card etc. That's it. You just saved $450$
