Trademark League 

Horrible, deceptive, and pushy company. I wanted total cost transparency at the beginning and I was assured there would be only the two upfront prices. Until months later when they started hounding me for hundreds more. I wouldn’t pay and they would only say there must have been some miscommunication. They couldn’t even get my information on the application correct.
They are fraudulent.
They even asked me to lie on the application.
Don’t use this company.

Today, Finally I got my company name registered through them, it was a very smooth journey for me all thanks to Scarlet. INV-2024-6481

I found them through their ads on facebook and Instagram, I was not sure to move ahead with them but the way Cynthia explained me all the process, I was fully convinced to move ahead with them, My order no. was 88943CR3!!!

Scarlet went above and beyond in setting up my Installment plan for my order # 966548 for trademark application, I wish I could give you guys more stars!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
As another reviewer posted they will end up telling you owe more money to them. I was told the whole process would be $700. I paid that and got my serial number. I then received an email telling me there were an additional $499 in fees. I asked them to please change the information on the application to my email so I can finish the process and I was willing to lose the $700. I was then told that it would be $125 to do that. I forbid to give them anymore money because they weren’t honest. I then let them know that I’ll be filing a claim to get my $700 with the bank. They then informed me that I won’t be able to legally use the name. It’s hurts, but that’s ok. I’ll take the loss.

To save yourself time and money and all that you may have worked for, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would hate to see this happen to someone else.

I ended up paying the $499 just get the process over with.

It’s now months later and they’re contacting me and telling me that they need another $499.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They say they can do the job for one price and then they hit you with a bunch of alleged fees.

So according to this company I have to file an Office To Action. I did more research and found out doing this is FREE. They’re charging $499. Also when I search my application it doesn’t show that I even have an Office Action on my application.
They’re still going to get money from me though, because I’m literally going to have to BUY MY OWN TRADEMARK FROM THEM.

I’ve reported them to the scams department of the USPTO and the Federal Trade Commission.

The USPTO confirmed that this company is a scam. The USPTO confirmed that the fees they were charging me was a scam. They told me that I should dispute all charges and I did. Chase refunded me $499. PayPal denied my request for my $700 refund. Beware.

I ended up getting the $700 through my bank.

Also the company has been trying to strike this review for defamation. It is not. This is the truth.

You will pay a fee. Then there will be another fee 3x the first. Then there will be another surprised fee. Then lastly, months later, they will let you know there is one final large fee! The consultant I first spoke to gave me absolutely no heads up about any fee after the initial. So, be prepared to spend 6x what you expect to pay. I have no idea if every trademark company is this way or if it is just this company, but it is extremely frustrating to have "time sensitive" fees come out of no where after already having invested what you thought was the full amount.
