This is a big SCAM. Do yourselves a huge favour. Stay away from this company. People will keep calling as account managers and accounts department and all that but you will never receive a penny. If you check the review, who ever gives a good review will not have any pictures on it. These guys will promise the moon, stars and the sun but you would not get even hell.

It is fraud company, Pls stay away and save your money and time. I invested $1000 initially and account manager showed me online trading and made good profit. When i asked to send the profit back tome then they ghosted me and never returned the call and emails. Support changed my account manager four times but no one ever sent me a single penny.

Pls stay away from them.

By investing $1000, i meant i started the account by sending $1000 worth of BTC.
If you are not fraud and a legit firm then return my BTC to my wallet and i will update rating. But i know you wont return my BTC. you changed my 4 account managers but no one sent me any profit back. You can prove me wrong and send me BTC back.
I know Crypto, is the future but your firm is not part of it.

Professional support but sometimes website not available

So I started with much trepidation, investing with Tradenix back in early November, 2019 and I admit I was very nervous. I invested $10,000 usd and by December 15th they said I had made $9,000 usd. All through out this time I was called daily and Adam Louis who was my account manager kept pushing me to invest more money. I pushed back saying that I was still nervous with all of this, it was new to me and I was skeptical. He walked me through how I could at any time withdraw money, I withdrew $1000 usd. Then called me to invest more money. I decided I wanted to pull out and with draw all my money so his response was to quit calling me and to stop responding to my emails and refuse to take my calls. I asked Tradenix for a new account manager and several days later I received a call from someone who claimed to be a senior account manager, one who dealt with clients who invested millions. He tried to convince me to stay onboard but I was adamant I wanted to withdraw all my money. He told me I would receive a call from someone who would help me with that. I did not receive any calls and started to email the support line. I finally received a call from Steven Grant and he was to help me withdraw my funds. This took several days and I had to provide hi with a destination account which I did. I wanted my money sent to Coinberry in Canada. In the meantime Steven insisted that I had to pay the commission fee upfront, they could not take it from my account so I paid about $1,300 usd and then he told me he would make the final calculations on my account and make arrangements for my withdrawal. This was all done and he sent me the calculations for the final amount as well as the amount I would have to pay back in fees and taxes. I agreed with his calculations and he told me it would be processed right away. This was now December 18th. Nothing showed up i my Coinberry account so I emailed him on December 19th. He responded that it could take up to 48 hours for them to process. No money ever showed up in my Coinberry account, my Tradenix account shows that all funds are withdrawn. I received emails from compliance, they wanted me to fill out a form signing off on the fees I paid. I would not and told them that I had not received my money. They finally responded to this email January 6th apologizing for the late response and they would forward my concerns to the support department. Well it is now January 9th and I’ve not received a response from anyone. I emailed Support, Adam Louis my initial account manager and Steven Grant who was to assist me. I have not received a response from anyone with Tradenix and they do not answer the phone. I even called the London phone number and there was no answer. I am assuming the whole thing was a scam I they stole my money. I am disappointed and I question who these individuals are that placed good ratings for Tradenix on Trustpilot.

In search of earning money, I decided to try my hand at investing in cryptocurrency, at first I took advantage of this company to be honest there were concerns. Employees treat clients on a professional level, the withdrawal system impressed with the quick processing of the withdrawal order. I will try to work with the service, I was satisfied and there were no fears after a competent consultation I like it.

I happened to come here because I was looking for a site. Started working with Tradenix about 7 months ago. This is a cryptocurrency trading site. At first, I doubted the possibility, but invested a small amount. There have been little success since then. Later I invested a large amount and was amazed at the results. Not bad, all good

I have some bad news about this site Tradenix.io
They start by contacting you through fishy sources of numbers from all over the world with none of them able to be traced back to the source, you can’t call them back and music just plays or it’s a ip phone message.
At the start they offer you $500 to start trading with their money that they say they give to you on the account online. They allow you to trade but they recommend their trades and do them with you at the beginning to show a profit, once the account is making money you can’t get access to it unless you invest. They demand huge investments to get access to their money they said was yours. But it’s not at all, they then throw up some computer generated dollar amount on their website computer screen showing your account going up and up. They pay you $30 from this profit to show and explain that no company pays out here’s our trust because they are able to pay clients a return right away and quick payment, but that’s the catch and sinker, they lure you in with free money and it’s not yours and they pay you a tiny amount to look legit. Then you invest with and see the account rise up again, they (Benjamin Pitt to be exact) grind you everyday for money and explain that the market of crypto’s (explains that bitcoin is unregulated so we must use all the loopholes till it’s regulated) and this is going to change so we must take advantage of the opportunity of arbitrage. (Benjamin says they find people who want to sell their bitcoin at a cheaper rate and they buy and and sell it for higher rates and then give the clients a return even though the money they say their using is the company’s to do this arbitrage on their own, somehow they say they distribute the profits to your account but its not liquid ever) Don’t dare ask for any money at any time you will get so many excuses, your funds are tied up trading or not liquid stuck in arbitrage. The site then goes under a upgrade and my account is inaccessible. Email support, days later they say sorry and reset password, a new transaction history appears for a new amount that makes no sense, you login and can’t trade anymore and they request more and more to get higher return. Do not dare ask for any money at this time, they offer to increase the return for your account and put another 20k into the account to increase the arbitrage return, they continue increasing the profits on the account and as soon as you think it’s looking good they stop everything altogether until you pay the 20k to them, they wait weeks on end, you ask for a small amount of profit lower then your investment and they say they have recorded phone conversations of every call they make, but if you mention anything they said such as “next week withdrawal request for 8k I’m writing this down so I can have it done for you” and you wait and wait and wait till another week and suddenly he won’t respond to emails or isn’t calling and of course your calls don’t go through at all to anything, unavailable for the next 3 weeks,
Then he power calls completely treats me with disrespect because I’m asking for a tiny amount from the account he already promised me and wrote it down but suddenly forgets...
Next he gets the CIO to call me “John Adams”And he says I can’t get any money out because all this money is not mine unless I pay 20k to get it, this loan is our money, pay it back then I can take whatever I want after that. They add a couple digits to the computer generated amount on my account they say they added to increase my return and now it’s a loan I have to pay to get anything. Benjamin says im part of his trading team and his commision won’t be less than $50k before you get a dime, So your account stops and all the fake reviews online notice all of the bad ones are blocked from the company and only fake reviews are their. The reviews not even close to what happens, I found my exact same case online and suddenly that review is gone now, however I emailed the company the review and j said this is my exact same problem. Here we are today I had Benjamin call me and call me a bunch of names and say that I’m stupid for tying to get my money out. I emailed support and Benjamin today to ask for a deal so everybody wins, which was let them keep 41k of the 51k available and I’ll just take 10k and close the account.
Their response is I owe them 20k to get 10k back.

DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM, SCAM SCAM.

It’s a scam. Bunch of Thieves. They took my money and can’t get in touch with anyone that can give me my money back. They keep asking for more money and let’s invest more so you can make more money but all that is BS. I wish there was reviews online when I started to save my self the trouble. So I’m writing this to save you. I’m call the FBI on them to report them and make sure they don’t do that to other people.

This is the most reliable site that I have met. The good thing is there are several ways to protect against malicious users, and if they crack you, they will block your account and return the money!

I can't even give Tradenix.io 1 star really. They have effectively conned me out of £10,000 plus another £1,000 for currency exchange and charges.

I made the trades with their assistance but, when the money was taken out of AAA Trader (the legitimate trading platform) it was transferred to what was supposedly my Tradnix account.

I was verbally bullied into depositing more money or risk losing everything (and Tadenix said they would close my account) and I was sworn at when I told the Manager, Barney Kogan, that he had no right to do anything without my permission or approval.

Then Barney Kogan said he felt bad for abusing me and my account balance went from zero to $32,000. So then I tried to withdraw my initial deposit of £10,000. It was declined! I said I didn't think I needed his permission!

Then he said he wanted to do one more trade for me and, despite my best efforts to stop him, I was ignored. Next thing you know, my so called account balance went up to $97,000! All I need was my £10,000 back.

I emailed a complaint and another guy called Alex Lister called and said I could have a wire transfer. This didn't happen and then he was strangely unavailable.

In a nutshell, the $97,000, that had sat there for 2 weeks, suddenly went down t $3
