Feedback as a new customer using the support process
I've been using them as my broker for a couple of weeks now and have been impressed so far with the faultless signup and execution process, and the help I received from Adrianna today as a Live customer support agent to help resolve a query about withdrawals.
There is the inevitable AI chat bot to get through first when logging a support ticket, but once you get to speak with a human it was pretty straightforward, and I got the answers to my questions.
No drama, just keeping it simple.
