No Advantage

For registering, I was promised a bonus which I did not receive yet. You have to log in approximately every 30 seconds. I can not find a way to invest in bonds - this was my only reason for registering besides the bonus.

Bad UI and difficult to close account

First of all the app doesn't look modern and is cumbersome to use. For example, sometimes the keyboard is overlayed on top of the field you're currently typing in. This is on iPhone 15.

But far worse is that there is no easy way to close the account. You have to fill out a long form from a separate bank that this company is working with, what is this 1995?

Can't recommend.

Racist approach

I wanted to register on the platform, but it doesn't allow me because my nationality is Russia, even though I legally live in Germany.
They even don't have Russia in the list of countries, obviously I was not able to complete registration.
But I keep receiving emails asking to complete my registration, I even put it in spam, but they still find a way to notify me!

I wrote them directly to the customer service telling that I don't appreciate their policy, their answer was clear that they are not gonna change it.
But the most annoying is that I still receive notifications from them to complete my registration!

poor customer service and constant text messages and marketing e-mails with no opt-out link

I'm based in Switzerland and apparently they don't do business in this country. Unfortunately I got to know this relatively late in the sign-up process, after sharing my e-mail and phone number. Now I get constant e-mails and text messages to continue my registration, although I can't even select Switzerland as a country of residence!
I contacted customer service twice and no reply yet. Automated e-mails continue and there is no opt-out possibility. Really annoying.

Required Multiple attempt to complete registration

I tried to subscribe to this service.
In the last step, after the successful verification with WebID, I got stuck on that screen for 15 minutes.
I reloaded the page and I was forced to do everything from scratch.
It's not worth the pain. This already tells everything about how good this product is.

Fun Fact: I have a recording of the whole experience as I wanted to have proof that I was opening the account through Shoop.

EDIT: Changing my rating to 3 stars because I managed to complete my registration, after THREE attempts. Let's see if I will receive the bonus now.
