Just another bad faith player in the prop firm industry? SEE EDITS
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Traders With Edge. As a funded trader, I entered their program in good faith, adhered to their guidelines, and put in the hard work to meet their profit targets. However, their handling of my account and their complete lack of communication has left me deeply frustrated and questioning the integrity of their platform.
Here's what went wrong:
Account Closure Without Justifiable Grounds: Despite carefully managing my risk and following their guidelines, Traders With Edge decided to close my funded account and deny my payout request, citing "lot size manipulation." However, I did not manipulate my lot sizes in any way to bypass the minimum trading day requirement. My lot size variations were based on responsible risk management strategies, not an attempt to exploit any system loopholes.
Poor Communication and Lack of Clarity: During the evaluation process, I reached out to their team for clarification on their rules, and their response led me to believe I was in compliance. Specifically, I was informed that any deviation in lot sizes would simply not count towards the profit target, rather than being grounds for account closure. This was a critical point of confusion that Traders With Edge completely failed to address transparently.
Total Silence from Support: After their decision to close my account, I reached out to their support team multiple times—on August 30 and again a few days later—attempting to clarify the situation and offer a solution. To date, I have received no response whatsoever. This is simply unacceptable. A trading platform, particularly one that handles people’s money, should be responsive and transparent, neither of which Traders With Edge has demonstrated.
Conclusion:
Traders With Edge has shown a blatant disregard for their traders by failing to communicate, provide clear rules, or offer any recourse for resolving issues. Their behaviour has left me questioning the fairness and transparency of their operations. I urge any potential traders to think twice before investing their time and money with this firm. There are many other proprietary trading platforms out there with better communication, clearer rules, and a stronger commitment to supporting traders.
Avoid Traders With Edge if you value transparency, fairness, and customer service.

TWE finally contacted me SIX WEEKS later, not to acknowledge my appeal but to bribe me into taking down this review with a derisory offer of giving me another evaluation account half the size of the one I paid for.
Can we even trust Trust Pilot?

For clarity, I was not questioning the integrity of Trust Pilot, I'm questioning the value of their scores when they can be so clearly manipulated by companies bribing the writers of disappointing reviews. This review, after edit number two was flagged for defamatory content before being rightly reinstated. This would appear to be yet another attempt to manipulate their score on this site and kudos to Trust Pilot for resisting their efforts.
EDIT NUMBER FOUR - Addendum:
Since posting my review, Traders With Edge has attempted to suppress my feedback by flagging it for "defamatory content" twice—both times TrustPilot reviewed and reinstated it. Their effort to remove valid criticism rather than address it raises serious concerns about their transparency and credibility. Furthermore, while they publicly claim to have offered me a second account in good faith, this offer was explicitly tied to removing my review—something they failed to disclose in their public response.
The discrepancies between their private communications and public statements only reinforce my initial concerns about their lack of integrity. I encourage potential traders to think carefully before engaging with a platform that appears more focused on managing its image than resolving legitimate customer issues.

I love this firm so much, they have rules that will help you in long term as a trader, if you can trade with them and maintain your Funded account for 6 months you are a good trader. Traders with edge only want to collect money through selling challenges but won't give traders their live account when you pass, they will find every reason to fail you. they do not want profitable traders on their platform because that makes them lose money through payouts. I’ve been trading with Equity Edge for…
I’ve been trading with Equity Edge for a while now and I’ve personally never received anything bad, they do have there rules which as a trader it’s decent knowledge to follow in all honesty but whenever I passed an account I always got my account straight away with no issues etc and with some of the cheapest prices in the prop firm market they really do give you that edge of getting funded while perfecting your craft, this is definitely a prop firm I’d recommend to new traders entering the prop firm space looking to make good cash while spending less🙏🏽
