Legit shop with quick delivery

If you like a bit of drama you will love this one, Hannah emailed me on October the 9th after ordering a UK 13.5K in a kids shoe, and because Hannah is based in the USA she had assumed UK 13.5K would be a US 12K despite the fact we have a size chart that confirms the UK 13.5K is a US 1. She asked how to fix this, now because the email was a work one it went straight into my spam folder because the company she works for is well known for spamming people. So I checked the and found it and responded......TWICE but then I heard nothing after that. The best part is the title, as she was actually sent the correct item but completely misunderstood the size conversions. As a business we have to accept that not everyone will be happy and will get negative reviews and they stay here forever but the actually truth can be extremely embarrassing and this W for small businesses.
