Kyle provide very good service, very patient, very nice to talk.

Our bath was delivered unprotected and left outside the front of our house. No phone call to advise of ETA, no chance to inspect the bath when it was delivered and sign for it. Complained and received refund on delivery.

It then turns out the bath had no legs (despite being advertised to include legs).

Have formally complained about the whole ordeal and not heard back despite chasing.

I took delivery of a large shower tray unfortunately it had two scratches on the top, I sent an email with pictures attached and within a few minutes was contacted by Jemma what a great service she managed to organise a new delivery and they are picking up the damaged one in a few days, the box was not damaged, Jemma is a star

Had a great experience with Kyle Newcombe. The ordering process to start with was great and items delivered on schedule but it's the aftercare that prompted me to write this review. Turns out I'd order the wrong items but only realised several weeks later when they were being installed. Even though he didn't have to, Kyle went above and beyond to resolve the situation.

The customer service helpdesk was very helpful and efficient. I was referred to their sales support team to check availability and cost, so let's see how they do. The helpdesk was great, though, thanks

I got in touch with a few questions about the specifics of a product, and despite feeling like I was being a bit of a pain, Nathan took the time to get me the answers I needed. He was polite and patient with me, and got all the information I needed. Very impressed!

I had a really helpful lady called lydia i have been going backwards and forwards to different suppliers and she was really helpful and understanding .

A great company with an excellent customer services. Specially i made an error while making an online purchase they rectified errors to save me time, hassle & money. Item was well packaged and arrived promptly.

Toilet seat of standard size ordered but 3.0 cms shorter than original. The seat remains in original packaging unopened, there is no way to return or receive a refund. No warning of non-returnable item given prior to purchase. Scammed!

Awful customer service, refused to give a refund for a very expensive item that I returned in perfect condition. Did not give adequate reasons as to why the item couldn’t be returned and have given absolutely no indication of helping to resolve the issue.

Delivery on time and overall experience was easy and efficient.

Initial delivery was wrong items. Resolution was, however, well and quickly carried out.
