Ordered a shower with a stated 2–4 working day delivery. It took over a month.

Had to repeatedly chase for updates and was given delivery dates that were not met. Communication was poor throughout, and delays were not proactively communicated.

The website continued to show a 2–4 day delivery time despite clear supplier issues, which is misleading.

This caused disruption to ongoing plumbing work and delays to the project.

Would not recommend if you’re relying on accurate delivery times.

When I first had a problem with the Franke mixer tap in June 2024 Mohamed dealt with the manufacturer to supply a replacement part.
Unfortunately the same part failed again but this time Hermione took ownership of the problem and arranged for the necessary part to be sent to me.
On both occasions the two aftersales team members were effective in what they did and demonstrated good communication skills that kept me up to speed with progress, for which I thank them both.
Customer service is about communication and Trading Depot have demonstrated that they understand this and included it in their business culture.

First time used Trading Depot (not heard of them before) and will check and use them next time. Pricing beat better known competitors by a significant margin and delivery was fast with undamaged product and friendly driver.

I was worried when our product arrived with some delivery damage, but Jemma made the resolution process a breeze. She handled everything so efficiently, sorting out the replacement and the return of the damaged item without any hassle. It’s rare to get service this quick and stress-free—thanks again, Jemma!

I ordered a kitchen tap with a delivery time showed 3-5 days.
When I want a refund because they couldn't deliver in time.. they try to sell me more expensive ones instead. I am very displeased.
At this moment I am still trying to get my money back because they can't deliver in time

Ordered from Trading Depot last year, had an issue with the product which was in guarantee so contacted them and they responded and dealt with the problem promptly.
Hermione was very helpful keeping me updated with the process.

Easy to make a repeat order via the website, a good price (less than last time!), and efficient delivery on the stated date.

Great pipe and a very good price with delivery, however very slow delivery and no updates, for three weeks just says processing on the website.

I have been using Trading Depot for the last couple of years, a huge range of choice at the best prices.
A recent order was received damaged (this was direct from the manufacturer I hasten to add)
One email later, a quick response from Kyle Newcombe a Customer Service Advisor and the issue was sorted a replacement unit was received 2 days later....
I won't hesitate to use Trading Depot for all future purchases

Affordable product price, product exactly as described, great communication with the seller, overall good experience, highly recommend.

Ordered 2 rolls of Mdpe blue water pipe initial delivery took longer than expected and only one pipe arrived.
Contacted Trade Depot by email liaised with Nathan Ball who informed me the courier dpd had misplaced the 2nd roll of pipe. He subsequently sent out another roll of pipe which arrived the day after so all good.

I contacted Trading Depot to see if they could get parts for a shower I purchased from them 6 years ago, I received a reply the next day from Hermione who said they'd contact their supplier for me and let me know. Over a few more emails over the next couple of days I was given a price and link to make payment for the parts.

Everything was very easy and straightforward
