I've always gotten immediate assistance from the TJ team when problems or questions come up.

I have a great chat with a lovely lady called Lisa.
My problem was sorted in a few seconds.

I have been using TJ, they have been good NOT until I made a crypto payment and now it is 5 days funds can't appear on my account balance..

What their CS continue telling me is the same story for over and over again .. I feel so bad

Was facing with some issues with campaign settings. Stav helped me out with the recommendations & explained the process. Thank you so much.

I decided I was going to allocate most of my marketing budget to TrafficJunky and they've done nothing but spit in my face since the day I signed up.

My first campaign couldn't be created because of a bug on their end. Chat support couldn't figure out the problem so I had to wait 48 hours to hear back from them, at which point I got a reply that provided no help at all and told me to figure it out on my own.

Then I replied to their email stating that I needed help because there was an issue with their platform and they placed my account under investigation. Now I'm locked out of my account and I'm getting interrogated like I did something wrong.

TrafficJunky obviously has a few advertisers with giant budgets and they are only interested in catering to these advertisers. They don't care about you. They don't want you on their platform. They will actively push you away, which I can only assume is to protect their advertising inventory for their current advertisers.

UPDATE: They just notified me that they have permanently suspended my account because of a breach of their Terms of Service. They are claiming that I created multiple accounts which is a complete lie. The first and only account I ever created was the one in question and they have now disabled it to punish me.

If you want to advertise with TrafficJunky, be aware that they will aggressively keep you away from the most profitable advertising positions and keywords to protect their current advertisers. If they accept your campaign, it's only because their current advertisers don't want the traffic you're bidding on.

RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: There is no username or case to look in to because you disabled my account to punish me. You treated me like trash when I tried to give you my business and now you're trying to act like you care to repair damage to your reputation.

You should remove the "y" from the end of your name and make it TrafficJunk because the only thing you sell to small advertisers is the junk traffic your big advertisers don't want.

Lise is awesome. Her answers were complete, understandable, solving and she is patient.

TrafficJunky in general has super customer support, especially via live chat at all hours!

I have spoken with the team at TrafficJunky a few times and they walked me through setting up my first campaign. Their customer service is top-notch. Their platform is really easy to use as well.

I read everything about good support, but never seen one about how good their service is?????
