I have a driving test in västerås. Receptionist was so careless that she just saw my ID card and told me wait . After waiting for 10 to 16 minutes when i again visited there was new Receptionist and said me this is not the right place for waiting you must go other side. It was really disheartening and when i reached the real place the examiner was in rude attitude and didn't listen a word of explanation and refused for taking test. I am surprised for such a strang behaviour from trafikverket västerås. My precious time is destroyed and behaviour was too bad. Still my problems is pending.

Dreadful so many problems on the Swedish train lines.
I have never had a 4 hour delay before in any other country!
You really need to get your act together.
50% refund for this is unacceptable it should be a full refund and then some.

overall the personal is friendly although some come off less friendly then idea, my main gripes with trafikverket come along with their website which is buggy, slow and full of issues along with their driving tests which are not only insanely costly but also have the most stupid wait times. I have to wait 5 months for a driving test and I've seen others who have to wait 10-14 months which is extra stupid when you consider that a theory test is only valid for 6 months before having to be redone so if you don't pass your driving test or you book the driving after passing the theory you're done for.
to improve this they should extend the valid period of theory tests to at least 12 months if not have it last indefinitely since you logically don't have to redo tests you pass and once you have a license you don't have to come back to take a driving test every 6 months. along with improving the horrible wait times and the ridiculous 6 month valid theory period they need to heavily redo the website and their information system because it's simply not adequate right now.
