Customer support was great, very engaging. I was able to receive all relevant course materials before the course date. The trainer, TJ, was very approachable and able to answer my questions. The experience is very light, and with all the pressure and negativity these days, it is such a breath of fresh air. So enjoyable but educational at the same time.

Course was cancelled "due to low attendance", which we only found out because we repeatedly called them. Reading the other reviews here I wonder if these courses are real. They do not reply to emails or any communications really. We are now expecting a full refund, we'll see how that turns out. Stay away from this provider.

I have rarely seen such a poor level of customer service.

Do not use them, unless you like having a massive headache.

Absolutely dreadful experience. The course that I'd enrolled on was cancelled literally at the last minute and I only found out because I hadn't received confirmation of the venue and contacted them. I asked for my money back and promptly returned the course books and was told that I would then receive a full refund. That was nearly 4 months ago. I have been promised a refund the next day - it didn't happen. I've been asked why I haven't cashed my refund cheque - I didn't receive one! They are in breach of their own Terms and Conditions let alone my statutary rights as a consumer. Take a look at their Facebook page before parting with your money - I wish I had. Its VERY revealing!
