Total lack of Customer Care

The order was considerably delayed and as a result i had left for an extended holiday. I recieved a notice of delivery from the Courier SpringGDS and thought noting of it. Returning from holiday and with no goods i approached the support team for proof of delivery assuming that it was delivered to neighbour. Photo or signature would evidence that and help me find the goods. Tradeinn can't provide this and now tell me that delivery is by Royal Mail. I am still waiting for additional information but Tradeinn are trying to say that its outside of accepteble delivery times for complaints and claims. Not fair in any way. I will continue to chase them but they are not interested. Buy elsewhere!

Order placed 67614317 on the 27rh of…

Order placed 67614317 on the 27rh of March with a order confirmation of the 31st of March to the 2nd April. Still no delivery. When I called on the 2nd to ask for tracking no I spoke to a very rude and uninterested lady who stated I don't know when they will arrive perhaps sometime in the next 3 to 4 days. I won't be using this company again they fail their own confirmation dates then have no interest is giving any accurate information of when my order might actually arrive...

Appalling service, took £11.49 returns postage charge without my consent

Do not order from this company if there's any chance you'll need to return something - it's a total rip off.

I ordered a sports bra that didn't fit. Went through the returns process, which states that returns have to be paid for (fine - that's normal), entered my payment details and clicked to go to the next stage, then immediately was charged £11.49 for my return. Nowhere before this stage was I told that returning items was so exorbitant.

I raised this with them multiple times and each time my complaint was wilfully misunderstood. In the end I gave up and have had to accept paying almost half the cost of the item I returned just to send it back to the retailer.

The attitude of the customer service reps was rude and dismissive. I wish I'd never come across this brand.

extremely delays on my boxing gloves

I ordered boxing gloves from Traininn, and they are now 3 months late. The parcel has been sitting in South Africa for weeks, yet I haven’t received any pickup location or proper confirmation. I was repeatedly told the parcel was “ready for pick up,” but no further details were provided.

Customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and unsure if I will ever receive my order. This level of service is unacceptable for any online store. I would not recommend Traininn for international orders, especially if you want your items on time.

Slight delay in the delivery

Slight delay in the delivery by a few days slightly frustrating. However shoes were a good discounted price compared to elsewhere, great trainers, perfect fit. So happy in the end 😎

Terrible experience!

Terrible experience!
I waited over a week for my order. When it finally arrived, the size didn’t fit, so I had to return it. Now, after more than 3 weeks of waiting, they tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks for my money!
What a worthless, poorly organized, and unreliable crappy company. Absolutely do NOT recommend. It’s unbelievable how badly they treat their customers.
