Absolutely no! The quality is very low for the price.

Not impressed with the quality.

I have now had two Bannochs, both with their seams ripping; on one bag the stitching on its side pocket was ripping immediately, and on the second the stitching on its lid was clearly done incorrectly, and had already started ripping.

The reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1, is that customer service has been very helpful and has offered replacements and refunds for both bags. However, for a bag in this price range (299£) we shouldn't have to go through this process, not once and especially not twice. Unacceptable QA.

Only got good things to say about this brand and their service. I had a Kelso sling bag which I used every day for years - brilliant wee bag. The zip stopped working a few months ago and I messaged Trakke and was asked to send it in for repair. Got the repaired bag back a week later - absolutely fantastic service. Highly recommended! Thank you team Trakke.

Have had my tracke bag for years and it had developed some wear and tear. Sent it in for repair and the repair service was fantastic. Really good job and well priced.

Unfortunately, I can't say much good about the quality of Trakke's products. I currently own a Canna and previously had a Bannoch, which had to be returned after two months because the seams on the side pockets came undone and the elastic band broke despite minimal use. At that time, they were accommodating and helped immediately. With my current product, unfortunately, a side seam on the backpack is coming apart, and I'm experiencing the same problem with the elastic band. It seems that the bands generally have a quality issue. What I don't understand is that in this case, neither an exchange, refund, nor repair is being offered. Communication with the employee from Trakke is very difficult, as we exchange messages every three days. I understand that a person might have a lot to deal with, but as a customer, it is really hard to accept when you have spent so much money on a product. Therefore, I cannot recommend the products!

Ordered an Eigg bag, arrived very quickly, I am very pleased with it, quality item.

I recently bought a 'Fingal' backpack. Delivery etc. was spot on and definitely good quality materials. But unfortunately, it's really uncomfortable wearing this when carrying a laptop and cycling into work (and I only have a couple of miles to travel). This is because the bottom of the laptop edge digs into my back, no matter how I adjust the straps etc. It's fine if I don't use both straps, but it's a necessity when cycling. If only they had made the suspended laptop section a bit more padded, it would have been perfect as a minimalist daily backpack. But as it is, I can't recommend unfortunately.

Over the last 2 years I have bought bags, face masks and now a hat from Trakke. All have been of the highest quality and have been delivered in a matter of days with full email notifications. An excellent retailer.

I recently purchased a face mask from Trakke. It cost £18 and an additional £2.25 for postage. The mask is adequate but definitely not worth £18! It took a very long time to arrive (I have purchased cheaper masks from the USA that have arrived quicker!). I'm sure that the other products that Trakke sells are worth the money/the wait but I wouldn't buy another mask from them.

I have bought several items from Trakke always the same result, superb quality superb customer service, designs simple and functional waxed canvas extremely durable. Used the Bannock pack for nearly a year no problems what so ever also use the banana cross body bag daily again absolutely no issues stitching all good canvas no signs of wear.( make sure to reproof on a regular basis to help protect the canvas al well as waterproofing)
Trakke offer a repair service to avoid the trend to landfill brilliantly refreshing if you should ever need it, but I doubt it.
Customer service always respond quickly and are always helpful.
If your world goes in your bag and your bag is part of your world you won’t go far wrong with Trakke

Have ordered a number of items from them, most recently the masks. All arrived promptly, well packaged for transit, and well made items.

I just wish they would make some bags from the nettle blend fabric they used a few years ago - still rocking my bag from that era and love how the fabric aged nicely.

Will buy again in the future.

I dithered about buying one for about a year, but when the Assynt came out last year I decided to go for it. I've had it maybe 14 months now and wear it virtually every day, it's brilliant. Went for the medium size one and it's perfect for daily stuff like the work commuter but also big enough for long weekends.
