Scam! Started charging my credit card without me ordering anything.

A FRAUDULENT, SCAM business under the Portaminta Limited company. They make profit by getting individuals' bank details and charging you for a suppose membership for online pilates classes. The victim never gets any confirmation email nor any details in regards to their profile account. In fact, as per they website all you need to do is introduce a few details and obviously the card information to go ahead with payment/subscription. When you reach them either via their online chat or email, the same person impersonates the 'customer service' team, someone named Maria Andrea, and they seem to be very helpful and approachable, but then they never action anything. My review it is purely based on a true and personal experience. They have been reported! Careful, as these people have other 'businesses' registered under the same company. Information of the register Portaminta Limited company is available through the Government website. People have a nerve to profit from others!
