Mistreated the staff in public
A senior member of staff exploded on one of the chefs and repeatedly threatened to fire him, in front of everyone in the restaurant.
If this is how they behave in public, I wonder how they treat the staff in private.

The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavour. You can clearly tell that a lot of care and skill goes into the kitchen’s work, and the quality of the dishes really stood out.
The service, however, was friendly but unfortunately quite inconsistent. “Before dinner” drinks were only served to half of our party, and we had to ask three times before soft drinks arrived in time for the first toast (we were celebrating a birthday). The table was not cleared between courses, which made the space feel very cramped as the evening went on.
It was also difficult to order additional drinks, as we waited a long time to get the attention of the staff. In the end, we had to actively look for a waiter ourselves just to order dessert. Perhaps it is customary to stand up and pay on the way out — that does not bother me — but the overall experience felt slightly awkward because the restaurant clearly aims for a higher level of service that should match the excellent quality of the food.
Overall, fantastic food, but the service experience did not quite live up to the standard the restaurant seems to aspire to.
Lunch at Tramonto Rooftop - do not go there. I had a plate with burrata. Loads of burrata, and not much else. For main course a pasta dish with mussels. A cold plate with cold pasta, very tiny mussels and lots of horse beans. Other guests at the table did what I did - just did not eat the dish.
When collecting the plates none of the servants asked, if we liked the food, or even why we had so many left overs.
And the prices - they are not in any way matching the quality of the food.
Always met by a smile and the best service possible. Their truffle pasta is amazing!
