My last order, I received my sensors too late and without my Datalogger.
I have to wait again for the Datalogger.

From the start of requesting equipment to receiving continual notification of the progress until delivered Transcat has made the experience easy. I would recommend this company.

Transcat offered the item I was looking for for several days. My only issue with the whole process was the inability of the web software to accept my address as the billing address. After three times entering it I gave up and left it.
Later I found out the company had several bad experiences with overseas people ordering items and having them sent to people in the US. My sister verified to Transcat that I was living overseas and had an APO address.

Helpful from start to finish! I had a deadline to hit for calibration and delivery, and Transcat went above and beyond to make it happen--thanks so much!

Very slow for all (for reaponse, for shipping, for quote)

While there On-site calibration service is very good, often the units returned from being calibrated in-house, when supplied with original packaging, are returned not packaged correctly. This enables the units or components to be damaged.
On a very positive note, the customer service people, at all levels, are very supportive. They will investigate all claims and assist with the resolution to the customers satisfaction. They will also provide a goodwill gesture and order at no charge replacement components.

It is easy to order off the web-site and the sales staff are great to work with. They keep you informed about the order.
