They are keen to take your money, not so keen however to provide the goods or your money back when you don't receive what you paid for. Get met with a load of excuses and lies instead. Avoid at all costs!!!

Dealing with this company would be a big mistake.
They will take your money but not produce the goods. Instead, you will get a load of excuses. Read up on the other reviews. They boast that they are just a trading company with no assets, so legal action against them would be a waste of time. Please heed this warning and avoid them!

We have been in business since 2015 and we have always dealt fairly with our customers. We freely acknowledge that we started having some problems last year which has impacted our business. There were many things we couldn't possibly have foreseen, a recession being amongst them, exorbitant rising costs of raw materials and production issues being more. However, all these things had been communicated to the people we let down. We never boasted about being a trading company. We are a trading company and our plan has always been to pay everyone back once we get back on our feet. Our history has proved this in the past. However, we do understand that people are hurting and we feel terrible for it. We haven't taken anyone's money to use for our own enrichment. So this type of comment, while being a good way to vent one's personal frustration, does not serve anyone well, least of all the people we owe money to.
