The customer service response time is always quick and is extremely responsive. The PB chocolate protein bars are routinely out of stock but they send a substitute if/when I ask.

Overall great company and excellent response time.

Bulk Black Pre Workout
Flavor Name: Black Cherry

First, the Black Cherry flavor is absolutely awful. I've used a lot of pre-workouts over the years, and this is one of the worst-tasting flavors I've ever had. I regretted ordering it almost immediately.

Unfortunately, the taste wasn't even the biggest problem. This formula contains Huperzine A, which is designed to increase acetylcholine levels. While some people may tolerate that well, I did not. After my very first serving, I developed the first migraine I've had in years. Not a mild headache—a full-blown, debilitating migraine that was horrific and completely ruined my day.

Obviously everyone's body reacts differently, but after looking into the ingredients, I strongly suspect the Huperzine A and resulting increase in acetylcholine played a role in triggering it. I've used plenty of other pre-workouts without experiencing anything remotely similar.

Between the disgusting flavor and the severe migraine, this product was a complete waste of $55. There are far too many good pre-workouts on the market to risk dealing with this experience, especially at this price point.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Reilly & Colin were really easy to deal with and very quick to respond. Just overall, really really happy with the experience with customer service at Transparent Labs. Then again, I've always had a great experience, especially with their customer service, and the quality of their products is unmatched.

I accidently had made a mistake on an order. I emailed the customer service team and were amazing in terms of their help. Couldn’t have asked for better experience. Also anyone looking for protein, transparent labs is the best.

I can't say anything nice about this company. I tried the Nitric Oxide and noticed ZERO improvement. Ok, I bought it to try it and it was a bust...no biggie. However, another N Oxide showed up soon after. I guess we get automatic subscriptions! I didn't want this so I tried to contact Transparent Labs MULTIPLE times through many emails and phone messages to obtain a refund. ZERO responses. Nobody mans the customer service. There is ZERO customer service. I don't trust this company for anything.

My experience with Transparent Labs was amazing, really love the customer service department especially! They treated me right!

I had trouble selecting a chocolate peanut butter protein. In my cart it showed correctly, but after ordering it showed vanilla. I noticed late and reached out before shipping. The order had already been processed and shipped later the next day. TL customer service hooked it up with a gift card for the correct flavor and let me keep the vanilla. Definitely my new protein supplier going forward.

I am actively using several protein and other work out supplements. Strawberry, peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla flavours of protein are so good and rich and sweet when mixed with milk, you’d swear it was a milkshake and not a healthy drink. It’s a health hit and a tasty treat.
Other workout supplements are all working together giving results. Went from 24% body fat to 20% in 3 months with 8lbs lean weight gained. These products work, if you put in the effort .

This is a great company. I love the collagen. Friends are noticing a difference in my skin. I’ll be honest and say there is a slight taste to it (I add to my coffee) but after the first couple days I no longer notice. I get this monthly and would definitely recommend it

I recently found that I have several heart issues. I also have begun eating more Mediterranean diet meals, while trying to add muscle mass to my 78 year old arms, chest, back, abs, and legs. I looked for the highest rated Protein powder I could find. I found Transparent. After consulting as well, I received great customer service and recommendations. Great flavor, great service. If the protein is true, its a winner.

Excellent quality of products. I personally use bulk black pre-workout and the difference is huge compare to others. More pumps during exercise. The protein is clean
and have great taste offering 28 grams of protein. The creatine HMB is also excellent. The customer service responds quickly

I had decided to try beef grass fed protein isolate. Returns policy of company clearly states if dissatisfied can return within 45 days.
This powder was impossible to dissolve in water( clumps) , also it was too sweet for my taste. Had requested return 4 days ago via email w credit to my credit card.
In 2 days I got responce from Matthew the customer service rep. Apparently he can’t read , and offered me store credit or replacement instead. And requested lot number I can’t find.
Clarifies as curtesy, again, yesterday. Never heard back. Bad product, bad customer service. Disputed w credit card

They always take care of my support requests and their ingredients are hard to beat!
