Excellent Customer Service. I've ordered TL products from Amazon while I never had an issue with TL products I have had issues with Amazon on other items and finding resolution was a headache. I recently ordered directly from TL and I messed up my order. TL's Customer Service was easy to reach and quickly addressed my problem. I will order all my TL products directly from them in the future. Great Company, Great Service, and most of all Great Products.

My go to products. The quality is top notch. Also, excellent service. For some reason my phone area code wont allow me to dial the customer service number but I used their support email and they responded and took care of my problem within a day.

Customer service is great. Pretty quick and responsive. But auto(advertising) Emails are too frequent.

Transparent Labs's value is UNMATCHED when you consider how healthy and well-formulated their products are. I had stayed away from supplementation for a long time, and when I educated myself I knew I needed a CLEAN brand I could trust. Happy to report that I have been using TL's whey protein isolate and electrolye powder every day for the past 3 years, and never had any issues. I recommend them to everyone because their supplements have the most nutrients and cleanest ingregients at very reasonable price points.

Order #3396376. Paid on March 23. It’s now April 2—no product, no shipping info, and zero response to my emails or calls. Extremely unprofessional for a 'top-tier' brand. I've been a loyal user, but the total lack of support is a dealbreaker. Do not order until they figure out how to pick up a phone.

I had an outstanding experience with Transparent Labs and their customer support team.
While deployed overseas I had ordered multiple tubs of their HMB Creatine. Unfortunately, due to a sudden evacuation and the destruction of our location, several of my personal belongings—including three unopened tubs—were lost. I reached out to Transparent Labs simply to explain the situation and see if anything could be done.

Their response went above and beyond. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also immediately offered to replace the lost products at no cost. The representative I worked with was professional, respectful, and genuinely appreciative of my service, which made the interaction even more meaningful.

On top of that, their products are top-tier—I’ve been using their HMB Creatine and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and results.

i had asked about buying a replacement water bottle after i broke my lid and not only did they send me a replacement free of charge but also threw in a shaker bottle as well. They responded within less than 24 hours at my request and i had my new water bottle within a few days after they responded to my message. It was such a kind gesture because i was planning to pay for my replacement. I have also enjoyed the various supplements that I order as well. I especially appreciate that there protein powders have very minimal and what seems like clean ingredients.

I’ll never use another supplement company. Transparent labs has the cleanest and best tasting protein, variety of products and hands down the best customer experience team in the business!!

I am a creature of habit. After I get off work I like to drink my grape BULK while I read the mail and check emails. Recently, I pushed back my subscription and found that my daily ritual got sent into chaos…then the new notice came that my order was on its way…I watched the shipping cuz you know TL is transparent in their shipping too 👍 But the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address…I put up flyers at the mailbox’s and no response. So I reached out to TL Support and the send me another BULK jug ASAP. Thank you Transparent Labs 💪 Lesson Learned: Don’t F-with what works!
