First of all the quality of the products is undeniably among the best available, combined with fair pricing, I think transparent lab sets the standard in the industry. Excellent supply of products across the board and no unnecessary ingredients

The other thing that really speaks volumes is the quality of the customer service which is very spot-on and also highly accessible and quick to respond. If there are any issues with orders or anything like that they are extremely accommodating and able to help resolve quickly. It's not like it's rocket science but with everything else going on in life it just helps to know that you're dealing with a company that's very solid and has people to talk to if you need it. That's a rare thing today with all the offshore customer service going on.

I have become a very loyal customer based on the ethics and principles of the operations of transparent labs. The quality and integrity of this company is the real deal in my opinion.

I can't speak to the quality of the products I ordered, as I haven't received them yet. I can only comment on the customer service I received when I emailed them with a question about the military discount they offer. They were quick to respond and very helpful to answer the questions. Excited to try everything once it arrives this week and hope it lives up to the hype I have read about clean and effective pre-workouts and protein.

This company is amazing. Not only are all their products high quality (I’ve tried many and love them all so far) but their customer service is phenomenal, which is hard to come by these days. I’m a loyal customer for that reason. They take care of you promptly and without any hesitation.

TL offers great products that were recommend to me by great fitness and health coaches. The staff is beyond amazing and helpful. Reilly has been one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend this website.

I really like my protein drink shakes. Super for a gastric by surgery patients. I do recommend most flavors.

I am a very picky consumer. I spent a lot of time researching unflavored protein powders before purchasing Transparent Lab’s Grass-Fed Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate. My criteria for finding a Goldilocks product were: (A.) Good taste; (B.) Clean— free of sugar, sugar substitutes and heavy metals. Amazingly, this protein powder, checked all the boxes. First, it is delicious. It has a neutral flavor even when mixed with water in a pinch. It mixes easily with almond and cashew milk with no aftertaste. I love that this company is so transparent (Ha!) about whether their products contain heavy metals. This was the only company I found that was willing to share third-party test results for EVERY batch. Also, a shout out to their customer service team. They are fantastic. Always willing to answer questions. I love supporting a company that does everything right. Transparent definitely does. I just purchased my second and third containers. No more research necessary.

Lovely customer service. I use their creatine which I like but doesn’t always agree with my sensitive stomach. I had it on autoship and missed the reminder(I would have paused since I have enough). I reached out via email and they cancelled it right away! Great company

Just wanna come on here and let you guys know what an amazing job you’re doing, I have sampled a few supplements since my fitness journey started, it’s been about 40 years and I have finally come across a super clean product and an amazing company that has handled each and every one of my requests promptly and very professional

Ordered the beef protein didn’t like the taste at all. They have a 45 day return policy. I never opened it till after day 50. Emailed them let them know and they are sending me a replacement of the whey protein that I liked. also the whey protein mixes completely and taste wonderful and didn’t mess with my stomach like all other whey proteins have.

Emailed the company and they responded regarding get away and resolved the issues immediately, great products and great customer service.

Reilly in customer service was a tremendous help. I had an issue with a product and Reilly's response was prompt and TL made the situation right for a long-time customer. The combination of great customer service and TL's exceptional products is why I will continue to buy from them.

I purchased this mainly because of the low lead content verified by Consumer Reports. Overall I loved the flavor, the brand and the efficacy of the stim-free pre-workout. The proteins & protein bars have also been very high quality. Overall, worth the extra money knowing it is clean and is good.

Love the products and the customer service. I have been using Creatine HMB and whey protein to support cycling, weight training, and weight loss for 7 months now and the gains are unassailable! Just turned 50 and I'm still hitting PRs on the bike (should be hitting my 350w FTP goal THIS WEEK). The Sleep and Recovery supplement was the last piece I needed to get everything dialed in just right. Zero chance I would be where I am without Transparent Labs products.
