I spoke to Mia today to pay a bill and set up a Direct Debit for my Mother in Law. She was very helpful and efficient I was able to do both quickly and easily over the phone. She was very pleasant to talk to and sounded happy in her work which is nice to hear.

I had to ring regarding my muns phone. Shecwascwithout a phone from 23rd March till 2ndcApril and when we got bill she was also charged for mobile calls which when she changed to the new contract were ment to be included this has now been rectified and the refund will be put on next month's bill along with deduction for no service for them days.

Phoned about my mams account Sophie was very helpful and sorted everything out

After issues with Open reach, Dave at Transparent was fantastic and so helpful in sorting the issue out. I always think that you only know if a company is good or not once you have a problem, and we had a big problem however Dave helped navigate the situation and we got every thing sorted.
I would highly recommend this company as they dealt with our issues brilliantly.
