We had a great, very considerate driver who took brilliant care of us. He was very punctual, lovely to chat to, a very safe driver and he made us all feel welcome in his van. Great service! Also I loved the way the booking took place. Felt well taken care of from the start to the end.

This is the first time we have hired a vehicle through Transport Hub UK and we are very grateful to be helped by Emma with all our clients' needs. Not just 1 or 2, but we rent more than 20 vehicles during our clients' trips to London. The car is in good condition, the driver is neatly dressed. Emma is also very responsive and proactive in communicating, making it easier for us if we need changes or assistance immediately.

Would have been 5 star if progress is communicated. Downpayment was done on a Wednesday but no communication until Saturday. In those days of silence, i thought i was scammed ☹️. I put my trust in the reviews that this is legit. In the end, our trip for the next Monday went smoothly. Thanks to sarah who arranged our journey!!! Will definitely try next time. Hopefully, communication by then is improved.

Correspondence from start to finish from driver Lorraine was 1st class, additionally she was very accommodating when our needs changed slightly as she had no issues with any changes we asked of her .

Great overall experience from the team, they fully supported a 3 week schedule covering both day and night shifts 24/7.

I only came across this company by searching for a local minibus company to get a group of 10 of us into London. everything was seemless, from the initial booking enquiry with Sarah who updated us with any changes, to our driver Daniel, nothing was an issue or problem at all. Good communication with the agent Sarah, who handled our many queries about timings, prices, multiple journeys and drivers very efficiently.
We waited a day or two to get the driver's name once the booking was confirmed, but it was a bank holiday weekend so can be expected.
The driver was really good, turned up on time, very easy going, friendly, communicative. First time using them and can't fault the service.

The driver contacted me the day before our trip, it was great to have his contact details and meant I didn't have to worry.
Michael (the driver) was there when we got to the pick up point and was friendly and polite.

The one star is for the original quick communication.
We booked a bus transfer for 21 people from Stoke to Liverpool for a hen party. I booked the transport to leave at 10.30 to be in Liverpool for an activity at 1pm. Initial communication was thorough and fast. £200 deposit paid.

The buses did not turn up!! I rang the company 4 times, one time i was transferred and the phone went dead I was told that Sarah who organised the booking was off work, but she answered emails later that day.
I was told repeatedly they would find out where the buses were and call me back.
At 11.26 they rang to say the buses would not be coming but did I still want them to do the return journey!! Clearly the answer was no.

We had to organise a combination of uber taxi transfer and some people drove in there own cars.
We were late for the activity we booked, no compensation and awaiting deposit to be transferred back.

Driver was brilliant, on time very friendly and accommodating as we wasn't sure what time we would be returning. Just said call me when you're ready.

The coach we hired NEVER TURNED UP! No one is answering the phone, and we can't get in touch with them; the number's been disconnected. That's £540 down the drain and a group of boys late for D of E. WORST COMPANY.

The online enquiry was simple and straight forward. The quotation was comprehensive and came through from Jackie quickly. Amendments were dealt with courteously. The driver was polite and turned up on time. He kept us informed of our progress and did his best to get us to our destination on time but obviously had no control over the hectic London traffic.

We booked a very last minute (morning of the flight) bus transfer to Birmingham airport and Alex Hart went absolutely above and beyond for us.

Alex was extremely lovely and very quick with getting back to me, my family and I were very impressed with the service we received with this company. Our driver was so pleasant and also took the extra mile for us to ensure we got to the airport on time and took us directly to the entrance which was greatly appreciated with all the luggage we had with us!

We were so worried about transport as it was literally the morning of our flight but within minutes of calling we received a quote and a confirmation of transport - worth every penny and made the initially stressful morning an exciting start to our holiday. Cannot thank Alex and our driver enough!

Was convinced by the cheap prices compared to other companies but they do say you pay for what you get and we didn't even get half what we paid for! I would rather give no stars for this booking.

The organisation and communication at the beginning was dreadful, I even had to tell the sales agent how to update the invoice at least 4 times as he was sending over the wrong information and then on "copyright" stamped pages?!!?

We paid slightly more the have a "VIP" minibus for a work trip, this was a nice Mercedes with leather seats and tables for passengers inside from the photos that were sent. However, on the day, a bus not even shown on their website turned up which was bright colours with charity branding all around and miss matching interior and broken parts and no hub caps and peeling paint. My team sent photos of the bus before they got on and I am shocked that not only was the "VIP" bus that we paid for not show up, but it wasn't even a bus from their site or anything that was previously shown to me.

I would never use this company as it is false advertisement and a worry of where the vehicle actually came from. If I could add photos to the review, I think others would also be extremely shocked at what turned up and what was paid for.

The worry of not being able to trust a driving company is not great, so I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company as you have no idea what will show on the day. I have also had radio silence from this company and that is also another big worry as it was also very difficult to speak with people about the booking once I had already paid.
