Terrible technical and customer service.
I bought a TranzX dropper post with such bad luck that on a downhill hit I broke the plastic cap under the seat and at the same time snapped the inner cable, dropping a small accessory that I obviously lost.
After contacting the 3 contact addresses that appear on their page from one, in Europe, they tell me that they are only dedicated to electric bicycles. From the second in the USA they tell me that they have the piece but that they are only authorized to distribute it in the USA and they send me to the third address that did not respond to my first message nor now to the second.
In other words, whoever has it and can supply it to me does not respond.
That's why I have to throw away a post that costs almost €200 because they don't send me a replacement that only costs €5.
From what I have seen, I can only recommend not buying any of their products because at the slightest problem you will have to throw it away and look for alternatives in your competition.
