Dirty smelly filthy boat

Dirty, smelly and overpriced! What a terrible filthy boat and smelled poo everywhere! How this boat company still is in service is beyond me! It is a health hazard and I am surprised the authorities haven’t shut them down yet. Never again!

Where is Marouan Lamkadem

I am writing this review with deep concern regarding the tragic and unresolved disappearance of Marouan El Mokadem, who boarded an ARMAS ferry from Beni Ensar (Morocco) to Motril (Spain) on April 20, 2024. He was never seen again.

There is official proof from the Moroccan government that Marouan boarded the ferry, including video footage he recorded himself, which he sent to his brother just hours before his disappearance. Despite these clear indications, Naviera ARMAS has not provided any explanation, and more importantly, the company refused to review or share onboard camera footage from that trip.

This behavior is unacceptable and deeply disturbing. A person boarded their vessel and never arrived at the destination. Yet, the company shows no willingness to cooperate or clarify what happened. Families and the public deserve answers, transparency, and accountability.

I hope this review raises awareness and pressure for real action. This is not just a customer service issue – it is a matter of human life and justice.

Horrible

Horrible, dirty, boats.
I’ve seen prison cells cleaner than our cabin.
No loo roll no soap no nada.

Reliable company

They have many years of experience and this can be noticed in the reliable service they provide.

Good option if traveling with many luggage or if you want to take your own car with you.
