Fraud or deeply unprofessional?
I ordered and paid for the goods from this company, Camping-Outdoorshop, on August 28. I have still not received the goods I paid for. I have written to them several times. At first, I received a few polite replies apologizing for the delayed delivery. However, I have not received any response to my most recent emails.
I am therefore considering reporting the company for fraud in the near future.
I placed and paid for an order on 19.11.2025. After that, nothing happened. No shipping information, no updates, and no response to my emails. I also tried calling both phone numbers listed on their website multiple times, but neither was reachable.
The advertised delivery time passed, the product suddenly disappeared from their website, and I still received no explanation. At this point, I had to request a cancellation and refund on my own, with no support from the seller.
This has been one of the least professional online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend buying from them.
Unsatisfying customer service. Bought a700€ Outwell air tent last year; now my pump is broken. Tried to contact the company 3 times by mail over the last month period - no answer at all. No reply, nothing. Since I can't claim via Outwell itself (I did not buy there directly) I am stuck. I can not recommend to buy at this store anything at all due to lack of customer service.
As a business customer I bought a table. The product was packed in two boxes. The outer box was not damaged but the inner box was damaged badly. The product was damaged as well. No answer via e-mail or via phone. I tried many times within a few weeks.
