Severe premature frame rust on 2025 Jayco Jayflight SLX 210QBW
I am incredibly disappointed with the build quality of my 2025 Jayco Jayflight SLX 210QBW that I purchased 10 months ago from Traveland Airdrie. The entire frame is already experiencing severe, premature rust.
Traveland agreed to address the rust on the rear bumper, but what about the rest of the frame. A trailer shouldn't be degrading like this under a year of ownership, and a customer shouldn't have to fight the dealer to get the entire issue properly redone. Take a look at the attached pictures and decide for yourself if this is the kind of quality and service you want to pay for.
UPDATE: Do not be fooled by the generic 'contact the GM' response below. I have tried. Traveland ignores private emails. I contacted Jayco head office, and Jayco officially stated they will do nothing and blamed Traveland for the issue. Meanwhile, Traveland ignores me. Both the dealer and the manufacturer are playing a finger-pointing game while completely abandoning the customer with a severe rust issue.
