Sol really was informative at every stage. After saving our holiday (which was previously cancelled by the tour operator) within 24hrs. We were guided through every stage of our booking and whilst we were away. Quick replies and felt at ease.

Hannah was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! She booked me a fantastic holiday and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She was always on hand to answer any questions, offered great advice, and was a massive help throughout the whole experience.

People were helpful. Check in is now very different and can be confusing. A helpful staff to help through is good.
New E.E.Scheme can be intimidating but don't be put off.
Finland very good and Helsinki very relaxing place: not overcrowded. People most welcoming.

A superb weekend in Milan for the Monza F1 Grand Prix. Tess sorted everything so it went without a hitch.

Travel Counsellors are the best. Lisa looked after me when a flight was delayed and then cancelled, always responding to anxious texts with calm reassurance despite it being a Sunday evening, and even checking I’d got home safely the next day.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend using Travel Counsellors, especially Pete Whitehead, enough. HIs efficiency and expertise is second to none and combining that with the personal bespoke service means I will be getting Pete to arrange my next luxury holiday

First time using this service. We often book our own however could not decide on any locations. Jill was a great help and narrowing down what we wanted and finding a good deal that ticked the boxes. Everything was organised in one package which saved having to sort anything else out. Relaxing week away for us both. Peace of mind and Jill was on hand for any queries we had even on the day of travelling.

Everything went like clockwork. Hotel was fabulous....flights on time and airport transfers also.

First Explora Cruise - Di Rhodes
Di looked after us all throughout the process of booking/sailing and returning from this cruise. It was our first time with Explora and she gave us the benefit of her exceptional experience and knowledge to take full advantage of the beautiful ship. We stayed 1 night in Athens then transfer to our cruise, everything ran seamlessly from the private transfers to accommodation and then a fabulous cruise, debs precision to detail is 1st class,she definitely thinks of absolutely everything when booking holidays

This was an unusual request, a family trip for 17 to celebrate a 40th and 18th. Which turned into a babymoon after finding out I was pregnant.
Jay took the stress, made it easy and gave us luxury. Which is not something I am sure you will be shocked to hear when I say we went to Benidorm.

Thank you Emma West!!!! We’ve just returned from an amazing family safari in Kenya followed by a week in Zanzibar, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, Emma made everything so easy and stress-free. Every transfer, hotel, safari experience and excursion was perfectly organised, meaning we could just relax and enjoy the adventure. The Maasai Mara was incredible, and finishing the trip with a few days in Zanzibar was the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation.

Michelle arranged a family holiday to Turkey for us and provided an excellent service. She took the stress away from us as we didn’t have to organise anything ourselves. It was reassuring knowing that she was on the end of the telephone should we need her during the trip. We will definitely request her expertise when going abroad in the future. Thanks Michelle!
