Nightmare
Nightmare. Days to respond and left with no funds while abroad. Had to take money from saving and accept charges for using. Would not talk to me because I didn’t have card number on me as I didn’t have my card. Put in request for contact 5 days ago. Was home by the time they decided to call.

Simplicity in the airport flying to Vietnam for the month easy. I had used the service previously for Thialand trip the exchange rate is good for the amount I change. All online very easy.
But make sure it’s the correct business as there are many that copy and scam!!

Everything is great and they are my go to for currency but it would be helpful if they could react to wishes about note denominations. €100 notes are not well received generally and smaller denominations preferred.

Obtaining funds was straightforward.
The website was easy to navigate and funds were delivered on the expected date. The delivery required a signature which was understandable but hadn't been highlighted when ordering. The currency I ordered was not available from all foreign currency exchanges so not possible to make an exchange rate comparison but it appeared to be reasonable.
