Choice of Denomination
I would have liked to be able to choose denominations of notes so small notes are given and not just large ones.

The Money came on all the same…
The Money came on all the same denomination , when ordering it did say that they are typically packed as mixed denomination so that was a bit disappointing as both Canada and the USA have tipping so some lower bills would have been great

Easy to order online. Better rates than banks. Was good to be able to choose when and where i wanted to pick it up from. Staff at the post office where I picked it up were very helpful.

I went to collect my money from the Post Office where i had requested and it was redirected to another Post Office which i had not been notified of.

Simple and quite quick online procrsd…
Overall the system and processes are very easy and quick to order online and organise a pickup which was from a post office. Even when the Travelex kiosk is less than 100 metres away. Although the payment system was not what I expected. Firstly tried to pay with a debit card the Travelex system declined the payment. My bank confirmed no attempt by Travelex was made that day. I used BPay in the end and all payments processed in a timely manner although there are extra steps required. But again not a big issue. Pickup was fine just make sure you have your docs as requested in the emails received
