Extremely bad service. Taxi was delayed for more than two hours and ended NOT taking me to Larnaka as it had been agreed the day before.
I had booked a seat in their intercity service (Nicosia to Larnaca) and they were supposed to pick me up at 7.45 in order to be in Larnaka at 9. The taxi driver didn't show up, I called more than 10 times and they kept on saying in a few minutes the driver will pick me up. At 10.30, they finally said nobody is coming...

Cheap price fast and immediate service, I called them and the shuttle bus was outside the airport on-time and dropped me at my hotel in Nicosia within an hour. Pre-book is compulsory!

Appalling service.

Upon booking a cab, my pick-up confirmation explicitly said to meet the driver at a designated meeting spot (a cafe outside of LCA Int'l) 30 minutes before my pick-up time. We waited from 3:25 to 4:10 pm when we saw the Travel Express van as it picked up a few other people in the distance (at the airport entrance) and then drive off before I could get to him.

Called their main number (provided in my email confirmation) SEVEN times - nobody picked up. When I emailed them, they gave me their Larnaca branch number. Called them and the driver alleged I wasn't "there" and my phone was turned off. I didn't fly in from anywhere, so my phone was not turned off at any point nor did I have any missed calls during the 45+ minutes we were waiting. When I mentioned this, he hung up.

My only choices then were a EUR120 taxi or another 4 hours travel by bus (incl. changes and waiting). Thanks for robbing me of a full day.

No replies to my emails either.

No sense of customer service whatsoever.

Will never be using Travel & Express and I'd strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. There are alternatives and rubbish service catches up with you, especially in such a small marketplace.
