Clear easy to use website with market…
Clear easy to use website with market leading exchange rates. It is simple to place an order which was delivered by Royal Mail and has to be signed for so a secure delivery system.
A disadvantage for some might be that you have to be in to sign for your exchange money but as I am retired this is not a problem.

"Ordered £3,000 worth of dollars online two weeks before our family vacation, guaranteed for delivery before we flew out. On the morning of our flight, nothing arrived and my account showed the funds were deducted. When I contacted customer service, I was told they will have to investigate the matter it took several days before I got told there was a 'system glitch' and they couldn't release the funds or issue an immediate refund for 10 business days.
I had to go to an airport kiosk and pay extortionate rates, only to discover later that the exchange rate this company gave me initially included hidden 15% markups and 'processing fees' that were completely concealed at checkout. They took my money, left my family stranded without currency abroad, and refuse to fix it. Calling my bank to file a fraud chargeback and reporting them to financial regulators!"

We also requested further information through Trustpilot so that we could investigate, but unfortunately you have not responded.
There are several details within this review that do not reflect how Travel FX operates. We do not apply hidden 15% exchange-rate markups or concealed processing fees at checkout. The exchange rate, amount of currency being purchased and total amount payable are clearly displayed before an order is confirmed.
We also do not recognise the circumstances described regarding a "system glitch" preventing funds from being released or requiring a 10-business-day refund period.
We take genuine customer complaints seriously and would be very happy to investigate if this relates to an actual Travel FX transaction. However, based on the information currently available to us, we have been unable to establish that this review relates to Travel FX at all.
If you believe you did place your order with Travel FX, please respond to our request for further information with your genuine Travel FX order reference so that we can investigate.
If, as we suspect, your order was placed with another currency provider, we would kindly ask that you remove this review from our profile and post it against the correct company instead.
