Very poor delivery service
A service is only as good as its weakest point. If you use Royal Mail to deliver a service that is a poor choice. Our money was 3 days later than we’d been told and we waited in for delivery each day as RM kept saying it would be delivered. Would never use Travel FX again for the unreliability of its delivery service

We always aim to supply you with a mix of denominations of your currency where our stock levels allow it.
We do offer the service to order specific denominations.
The operational impact of collating and distributing specific denominations to order, per client is considerable so we do charge a nominal fee of £5.
Generally, we find that customers are happy with the mix of denominations they receive, so we keep our costs low for all customers and only charge extra if the specific denomination service is requested. This means we can pass the savings on and continue to offer the most competitive exchange rates online.
We consider 500 and 200 as high value, (therefore do not supply them), 100 are considered as medium and notes of 50, 20 and 10 as low denominations.
We appreciate all feedback to enable us to improve our services and continue to maintain our excellent service.
