Hi Roman,

I am Lucian Todea, the CEO and founder of Travelgator and I am deeply sorry that you are disappointed by our services. Me and my team want to improve our services and the experience of our clients on our booking platform.

I see that in your particular case the issue was with the information our team gave you regarding additional services provided by the hotel, in your case if free parking is provided by the hotel. Our team checked that information and assumed that if the hotel was providing a parking and if no price was mentioned that the parking would be free. And this was a mistake from our part: assuming it was free. We did not have the information about the price or if the parking was free. We only had the information the hotel was providing parking. For that mistake we apologize again.

With tens of thousands of hotels in our platform it is a challenge to keep all the information up to date, especially when that information is about additional services the hotel is providing and charging on its own. We are looking for better ways to address these issues in the future by working closely with the hotels, with our suppliers, with clients like you and by using the technology and automation tools as much as possible without loosing the human touch when it is the case.

Please contact me directly at lucian at travelgator.com and me and my team will try to do our best to provide you a VIP experience for your next trip.
