Compulsive liars and scammers up to date I have yet to receive my refund.

After Sam Martin and Darry continually lying to me. Then managed to get my visa refused due to absolute carelessness, couldn't even ask the right questions. then held my money hostage to force me to agree to new terms. the kept £220 even though I never agreed to this. They made an absolute mess of my holiday, but they don't care, then wouldn't respond to anything, A bunch of liars

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing with Ticket Heights, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. Jennifer not only provided me with a great deal, but they were also incredibly polite and helpful throughout the entire process.

Jennifer's approach ability and professionalism really put my nerves at ease. She made me feel valued as a customer and took the time to answer any of my questions. Jennifer went above and beyond to hunt down the best deals available.

Flights advertised at lower cost then competitor to entice you to ring, obviously these lower cost flights do no exist. All a scam, I would stay very clear from them…

THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!

I have had terrible experience with Travelheights,
they still owe me about £3,210.

On 15/12/2019, we were meant to travel to Africa but just few days to that day of departure the British government red list the destination country due to covid at that time. So, I rang Travelheights to advise about the situation, I was advised no problem, I can reschedule my flight for another time in the future.

Shortly after, the British Government cancelled all the red listed countries, then I requested a reschedule to book a flight March 2022.

But they never honour their word. whenever I reach out to them, is either they put me on hold eventually the call drops or say they would call back which they never did.

I wouldn't suggest Travelheights to a friend, not reliable and trustworthy.

Elena helped us to book last-minute flights to Bali and return on the date requested. She was SUPER helpful in getting the right flights confirmed and tickets out quickly. She helped throughout the process of the return flight to ensure the flights and seats were confirmed. Thank you for your assistance. Would definitely recommend Travelheight.

A big thank you to Rachael she went out of her way to get my family a great price for our Xmas flights to Thailand. Always called me back when she said, also held our flights until we were ready to book, we were originally quoted 50 % more by other company’s.
