I am not happy with the service I received because my confirmation with all my personal details on was sent to a lady in newport ,if this lady hadn't phoned me to tell me what had happened I wouldn't have know because she emailed travel house to say what had happened, but travel house failed to let me know so I wont be booking another holiday there again
