They use predatory pricing and will try to lock you into their Prime program. The charge of 99 euros for a year will only be made after the 14 days have passed so you have no choice to get rid of it. Also, they add extra hidden costs and you end up paying much more than you see at first.
Certified scammers. After having to rebook which was initiated by travellink we lost our baggage allowance and got served the rebooking fees. Impossible to reach anything else than a chatbot.
Bought a ticket to India, it turned out that the conditions for baggage was not in sync with the airline's policies so I was charged extra by the airline for baggage. I sent the receipt for the extra baggage to Travellink, but they did not accept the receipt so I never got reimbursed. Self-destructive company with no respect for the customers.

Worst agency I have ever seen. Book a flight for 1000+euro , confirmed with a totally wrong airline reference number, and a missing the 3 prefix digi in e-ticket number. Got a non-reply email saying missing document to process without telling missing what document. And calling prime service 5 times, waiting from 5 to 30 minutes with NO answer. My experience is extremely bad on using this agency
Got "offer" on flying
The order did not get through, and when I seek again the flight is gone and the price is double.
Went straight in on the airlines web page, and there I saved 10 Euro each on your "Prime offer"
That was a strange experience
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Scamming us for tickets even though we paid extra for a flexible ticket. I have contacted them 12 times and every time the employee is completelly clueless and promise to get back to us within a given timeframe which they have never succeded to do.
0 Star if i could rate it. I called travellink 4 times to ask my refund for a cancelled flight last January. I was been promised that everything will be fix everytime i talked to an agent but there's nothing in progress. Agents have promised me that I would recieved the refund money about 10 days to 2 weeks after we talked, but until now still waiting. It was travellink who cancelled half way of my flight and it was thier fault. They are so incompetent and trying to cheat me!
I've signed up for a trial to freeze a flight price, but I accidentally made a type and wrote ".fk" instead of ".dk" which is the correct ending to my email. Your platform still initiates payment even with a wrong email and hence I can't stop it!!! been trying to end it for a month with no luck since I can't get in contact with you because I do not have a correct email....
My partner and I had a very disappointing experience with Travellink.
We were clearly informed by customer service over the phone that we would receive a refund of 1800 DKK. Based on this information, we accepted the solution. However, we have now been told that the refund is only around 700 DKK, with no proper explanation for the difference.
It is extremely frustrating to be given one amount and then later receive significantly less. This feels misleading and unprofessional.
We expect companies to stand by the information they provide to customers. Right now, this situation has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion.
We hope Travellink will take responsibility and resolve this matter properly.
After seeing how my friend has been treated by Travellink, I would personally never choose to book through them.
She was clearly told she would receive a higher refund, only to later be offered a much lower amount without a proper explanation. Watching this situation unfold has made the company seem unreliable and unprofessional.
As a potential customer, this gives me very little confidence. It feels like getting your money is easy for them, but getting proper help afterwards is not.
Based on this experience, I will definitely avoid using Travellink in the future.
My experience with travellink.
I booked a couple of flights from Travellink for my tripp to Japan and everything went smoothly.
While I had to contact the customer service concerning the Prime membership, this had no bearing on my overall experience with Travellink. In fact, the customer service side was also very easy to call and contact, and the service was quick and good.
The only minus, if even that, was of course that you have to call them when making adjustments to the Prime membership (eg. canceling). The call was free of charge, but still it would have been nice to also be able to do it on the website. Still, the agent I spoke to was very calm, helpfull and quick in taking care of my needs.
Actually very satisfied, although there is potential for improvement. It took some time from their confirmation until I received the travel documents which could have been more structured
Terrible experience with Travellink.
I booked my trip through Travellink as one journey, but when my AJet flight was cancelled, everything fell apart. As a result, my Pegasus Airlines ticket became useless.
Instead of taking responsibility, Travellink keeps sending the same generic responses and refuses to properly help. They only offer a partial refund (1800 DKK out of 3500 DKK), even though the entire trip was disrupted due to circumstances beyond my control.
Customer service is extremely frustrating — I spent 40+ minutes on the phone just to be told the same thing again by email.
I am being pushed back and forth between airlines, even though I booked through Travellink and expect them to handle the issue.

Yeah and they contacted me again on mail saying they can not refund me the 1800kr so that means I am getting 700kr back from my 3500kr WE DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
