Miss leading promises!
I brought 2 Highbury suitcases 24" and 20" in Navy ! Just over a year ago, with a 5 year warranty! I've only used them twice!
My wheel has come off in transit, they were not cheap,I expected them to be robust enough to go into the haul of a plane ! but obviously not! you might as well buy a cheap suitcase as they just blame it on everyone else!!

Case arrived quickly, however on closer examination, e,g, when packing to go away I noted damage to the bottom of the case. As it was otherwise unused, I am guessing it has been badly stored. Shame as the case is exactly what I needed.

Don't know anything about the company but the 2 luggage bundles I bought met Ryan air standards. Thank you. Gave peace of mind

Awful company. I bought a suitcase and bag deal in December 2023, only went away twice and the suitcase handle fell off in the middle of my 2nd trip. This was hugely inconvenient because I had to drag the suitcase along using a scarf or carry it with my hands and it was pretty heavy. When I got back to England I reported this to the company and they asked for videos and images. I sent them, and they promised a refund. It has been over 5 weeks now and they haven’t returned my funds. Waste of money, I would never buy a bag from them again.

The bag has very few extra pockets, so no where to put water bottle etc. The straps are far too long, and even at their shortest, leave the bag hanging and therefore moving excessively. Would not recommend

I bought a small bag but was wrong size. Called several times no answers? Then for refund I have to pay for returns and wait for 1 month? Very poor service? I rather keep bag than pay £10 for a £19 bag? Not sure even if I will get my refund?

Purchased a bag that was specifically recommended for an up coming trip. Order processed fine with estimated delivery date, but later received an email saying the goods were faulty, so they had to cancel my order!!??? I responded that l’d prefer that they just send another one rather than cancel. I was then told they were out of stock!!
Its feels like they took the order without checking their stock. If I’d been told that initially I would’ve purchased the same item on eBay…..but the back and forth over those few days (Thurs - mon) meant I couldn’t get the item delivered in time for my trip.
Polite responses from the staff but if a company accepts an order and takes payment it should follow through. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case!

I returned the product but have not heard anything about a refund
