Very dishonest company

Very dishonest company. Called yesterday evening regarding rebooking my open ticket (due to COVID) and they quoted me that I need to pay extra 1284 SEK for the same category seat ticket. Had to book quarantine hotel first and agent said I can call them back and make booking. Early this morning, I called to make the booking and the agent says there is no availablility. Then he transferred me to another agent and this agent says I need to pay over CAD 600 dollars (over 4800 SEK) to book the ticket. There say there is no available cheaper seats. I hung up and called again and spoke to another agent. This agent says there are lots of availability and the extra fee I need to pay is 433 SEK. I paid this to have the ticket booked. Then I receive an email that the booking cannot be made. I called again and they say I was quoted the wrong price, I need to pay extra 1402 SEK. All this calling has wasted 12 hours of my time, not to mention the many many many many hours wasted in the past calling them to try to get my refund due to COVID. Not able to get refund nor a voucher. Was stuck with dealing with this company since the start of COVID.
