Unprofessional company - Stay away

Horrible company. Stay away from them.

They cannot even handle a rebooking after the airline cancels the original flight - even with the airline writing them an email that they were allowed to rebook.

Pay the extra money and book literally with anyone else.

Please rot in hell @$$hole$

Not bad third party ticket company

They are not bad, but every time you buy tickets here you have to be aware that you have to check in online, otherwise you might be charged inside of the airport for a bigger price. I mean they could make it clear and tell everyone to make that happen, because I had to read reviews in order to understand that.

Worst third-party flight company ever

Worst third-party flight company ever. Not giving correct information, hiding all information for the low-price flight companies. If you buy low-price tickets from low-price companies make sure you "ALWAYS" check in online because they could "CHARGE" you a high fee at the airport 2-3 hrs before the gate opens. The only way to get this information could only be found on their support page, how to check-in.

Be aware of this before bying from Travelstart

I regularly do not this kind of feedback but this time I really needed go that way so other do not make the my mistake. If you are going to buy from Travelstart be aware that you could be going towards lot of this self-service actions:
1. If your need to cancel your flight you will need to perform it all yourself, meaning that if you booked 4 flights with them, the will request you connect wiht this agencies your self for mofication.
2. If you pay for cancellation ( opportunity to cancel your trip) this applies to entire booking and not each flight partially. Meaning that if you make your first flight but due to an incident cannot make to the second, you are not allowed to cancel the flight.
3. Through their chat they are very kind, however there is not much help you will be able to get.

In general if you have the time book directly from the airline and avoid Travelstart, it will probably cost you the same and in case of disturbances you will certainly be able to handle it more easily!

Overcharged

Terrible service! All the way until the checkout the price showed as 6917SEK (i even have a screenshot).
Once I payed - the deducted price from the card is 7116SEK. What a cheap price scam! Very disappointed at travelstart and won't ever book through you guys again.

Avoid at all cost! They're a bunch of scammers!

In the middle of trying to take legal actions against these guys, it's a scam. The story is very long, but they cancelled our flight, then claimed that we missed the flight, and still haven't paid our money. The way they have been handling the whole situation is laughable, honestly I have never seen anyone so blatantly lie in my face like this despite all evidence. Anyways, I have contacted ARN and am still trying to retrieve my money. Avoid them, at all costs!

The worst thing I ever experienced

The worst thing I ever experienced. I have booked a very expensive ticket to get good options and flights. They cancelled my return ticket and they didn’t even inform me about it. So iI stuck down in the country I flew to. Had to book flight in the last minute and paid a lot of money just to travel back to my country. Came late to my work and used all my money to call them all what I got is Indian people answering the Swedish number speaking Indian English witch is very hard to understand! And they’re helpless! I’m still waiting to get my money back!

Worst travelagency ever (0) stars…

I wish I could put cero (0) stars because 1 star is too much
Travelstart has sbsolutely no customerservice at all. I booked a ticket from Gothenburg to Krabi. Part of the flight was with Turkish Airlines and the rest with Bangkok airways. Turkish Airlines chsnged the flight 24 hours. Travelstart refused to change my connecting flight. Thexresult gor me was 28 hours waiting time at Bangkok airport. They thought that was absolutely normal. For me as a cusomer it's totally unacceotable. If I wanted to change my connecting glight they told me to pay around 480 usd. So what I want to say is that never ever use Travelstart.

A worthless company

A worthless company. Easy money for them when nothing goes wrong (they just buy the ticket from the airline), but awful if something is wrong. They will not help with even the easiest thing and have fees for things that you your self have to do. Avoid if you can!

So I can print out ticket from airport.
But guess if I were in un develop country then it was not possible..I will think double if I wanna buy my ticket from this site again ..answer will be no

The worst agency ever

The worst agency. My flight was cancelled and i have waited one year and a half to get the refund and the refund amount was 1900 kr less. I have contacted them . They said it is fees. It is NOT MY problem if the flight was cancelled. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM

Very bad support / very slow response / very high fees

It took 4 days till now to get a feedback for changing my flight.
we called them about 8 times and every time they mention different fee for the same change and say that they will come back with exact fee within 2 hours, they sometimes call back but just ring and close the line.
I asked them to send me an offer by mail for the new flight time to close this issue, but didn't receive the mail till now.

Poor

Poor, Poor service. Their system is so automated and rigid that it's complete inflexibility has resulted in me not receiving a refund.

The initial problem was a delayed response from them (24 h plus), resulting in a late claim, but on my part, faliure to read their refund protocol. The problem now involves trying to solve a very human problem with a very unnatural, impersonal and systemized company. As I never get to communicate directly with one individual it is fairly unlikely that we will get to the bottom of the issue. Now my only sense of closure is to rant about it and give them poor ratings. It's honestly pathetic that you can't get the basic luxury of human assistance when you're dropping thousands on a single ticket.

No information about rescheduled flight

Did not inform us that the flight had been moved for hours earlier, so we missed it.
Customer support was Kafkaesque. They kept sending me on to the next person without giving me any answers. After doing that three times I asked them for another contact. I got a phone number but no one answered that number.

dont ever book on this travel agency…

dont ever book on this travel agency this really worst i had experiecne .i had ask them to to chaing wrong name because i book from the flith but unfortunately maybe 100 times i call but the same answer ove an over always tell to call the airlines ut the airlines said travel agency is the one to fix because you buy it third party ,so this is really bad agency at all so dont book here again some staff awas arrogant to answer they are not helful at all ....
