3 bedroom flat was suitable for our family of 5. Close to stores and train station which made getting around a lot easier and convenient. We would love to stay there again next time we visit London. We definitely recommend.

Very nice and spacious studio apartment with a kitchenette that includes a small sink, microwave, an electric 2 burner stove and cabinetry with glassware, utensils and some pots & pans. Stacked washer & dryer, large nice bath with blow dryer and towels. Need to bring toilet paper and paper towel. No coffee machine. There is a small grocery store within Cap Cana that requires a taxi or golf cart ride. A large supermarket is located outside of Cap Cana on the way from the airport. Fantastic view, great pool and great location only 10 minutes from the Punta Cana airport. There are 3 casual restaurants within walking distance including a pizza place, a beachfront burger place and a beachfront full restaurant. Very nice beach. There are several very nice quality and dressier restaurants nearby, although do require a taxi or golf cart ride. Plenty of taxis at very reasonable cost are available. Besides the local beach, which is private, there is Juanillo Beach which is public although fantastic, clean and very safe as it is within the Cap Cana development. It does require a taxi ride. There is a great open air restaurant and clean bathrooms at Juanillo Beach. The only thing that was a slight negative was that the Host communication with us was somewhat lacking.

What a great person Marco was!! He gave us a very clear instructions how to get to the place we booked. It’s a big house for just the 2 of us. He oriented us inside the house and we even got a welcoming gift : a bottle of wine, a bag of Madeira biscuits,2 big bottles of regular water and sparkling water and a dozen of small water bottles. The house is so clean and beautiful. The surroundings is amazing. Machico is a quiet town and it’s 20 minutes walk to the town area. We love to walk so we don’t mind the long walk. The good side is , it’s uphill and downhill. He recommended a very good restaurant which we enjoyed the seafood we ordered. Marco even drove us to the restaurant . What an amenity!! We walked by the beach after lunch and to the town area and did some shopping in a local store. We got the chance to see Funchal too. What a beautiful and stunning places !! This isa must see place

As a professional property manager I would advise every host to absolutely avoid using this platform, customer service is a joke and payouts never come through..
It is curious that Travelstaytion does not reply to the hosts that have mentioned all the issues.. they do actually reply to the guests !!

Very disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.
We booked 2 separate properties with the company through Marriott as a third party agent. Whilst originally accepted within 48 hrs both bookings were cancelled due to so-called “system errors.” We were told the properties were already booked and unavailable for our dates. We were offered much less appealing, cheaper options instead with no indication of partial refunds.
A week later, the same properties were still showing as available to book for our dates. As we had originally had confirmation and booked annual leave we tried to book again assuming the issue had been resolved. We unfortunately received the same cancellation message following original confirmation.
As the property was advertised on other platforms I then booked the exact same property through hotels.com 10 minutes after being told it was fully booked at three times the advertised price (in order to be eligible free cancellation).
That booking was accepted and confirmed. We then received full check-in details directly from travelstaytion welcoming us, hence confirming the earlier “fully booked” explanations were out and out lies.
It is disappointing as had they explained a pricing error we would have been open to pay slightly more through the marriott platform in order to keep our elite night benefits. To add, the property was available on several other sites (booking.com, puffin cottages) at almost the same price offered with marriott just without the free cancellation so I booked at the higher price as a test purchase in order to have the option to cancel.
Based on this experience, the booking process feels unreliable and misleading. I would recommend that others proceed with caution.

To reiterate. You have told me the property was fully booked as you have again said in your reply, yet when booked via a different platform at 3 times the price, 5 minutes after being told the property was fully booked when booked via the original platform twice, I have had confirmation from yourselves and check in information. I have tried to communicate to your team but would not agree with your response that you have tried in any way to resolve the matter or been helpful in any way.

After cancelling our purchase through hotels.com at 3 times the price we tried again to book through the marriott platform as it instantly became re-available. This was again rejected by travelstation and we were told to stop trying to book.
We requested a management call back and this is where things improved for us. Cornelia proved to be very helpful explaining that it was not full booked, as previously described. However it was priced incorrectly on the marriott platform. Something which they had not resolved, a month following our initial enquiry.
However, Cornelia was very helpful in obtaining a fair price for the booking and linking it to our marriot bonvoy account for the privileges. Since dealing with Cornelia our experience has been 5/5 so far, however we cannot give this as a true reflection of the company as other staff members/processes let them down.

I am a professional host and have been doing so for almost a decade. I host numerous properties on Travelstaytion, in addition to other booking platforms.
Travelstaytion has never sent a payout for one of the many stays I’ve hosted through their platform. I’ve checked their website and can confirm that the guests paid for each reservation and that Travelstaytion has my correct payout information, but nothing has been paid to me. It’s been months.
I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, and I get the same “we are working on it” response with no details, material updates, or alternative solutions. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never had another booking platform respond like this or withhold payment for completed stays.
I saw another review on this platform expressing a similar problem, and I wonder if this is a routine issue for Travelstaytion. This urgently needs to be fixed.

Stayed in Kissimmee for a Disney vacation with 11 family members. The location was minutes from all the locations. Had a few issues along the way, but they were resolved in a timely fashion. The house was in great shape and had tons of things to do in there. Very pleased, will visit again!

This is a very clean and well appointed three level townhouse in a great location. It has four bedrooms and was less expensive than most hotels per night. The management team communicated with me via text and email and it was a very smooth stay. I will stay there again.......and again........and again........and again.

The house is absolutely lovely! The bathroom upstairs was such a treat with that huge stand alone tub. I also used the steam in the shower as well. Views are gorgeous. Bed was cozy!
